"No, I'm a bit tired and I drank too much." Jungkook roll his eyes to her excuses.

"If you're tired, I'll take you home then."

"You can stay if you want, I don't care." His bunny smile showed up and enjoying the situation.

"Are you sure?" He tilt his head to catch her attention.

"Yes"

"Okay, I'll get some lamb skewers on the way home." He let go of her wrist and she gasped.

"Don't bring up food against my rights"

"I just did, love" he tap her nose with his finger and she scrunched her nose glaring at him.

"Come on, what's wrong?"

"There's nothing wrong"

"Okay so if there's nothing wrong let me take you home." She bit her lower lip in frustration and give up.

"Such a dick"

The whole ride was silent. Jungkook holding his laughed at her sulking and everything.

"Seo ah, you seem quiet" she sighed and lean her head on the seat.

"I'm just tired."

"Tired of arguing with me"

"Yah! Jungkook, don't start, I'm tired and I want to sleep it's been a long day." He nodded and keep tapping the steering wheel to wait for the red light to turn green.

"I should check if Sue came home" she glanced at him getting his phone from his pocket texting the woman.

"Yah, focus on the road. Text her later." Jungkook looked at her up and down ended it with a giggle.

"Since when did you care about my driving? Miss min seo ah"

"Now, because you're getting on my nerves"

When they arrived at the flat of Seo ah's friend, she unbuckle the seat belt quickly and harshly opened and shutting the door. He stopped her by clearing his throat and held her wrist gently to let her face him.

"Seo ah" her heart caught in an attack because of his soft and angelic voice.

"I'm serious, what's got into you lately? You were great at the open mic and suddenly your mood suddenly changed."

"Jungkook, thank you for being with me today and cancelling your plans, but I have-" she removed his hand on her wrist and grabbed her keys, he snatched it and hid it behind his back.

"Jungkook, stop joking around" he shake his head and teasingly smiles at her. He wrapped his arm around her waist with his back leaning on the car. She place her hand to push his chest away from her.

"Give me the keys"

"Not until you tell me what's-"

"Jungkook, I'm fine!" She suddenly raised her voice at him that made his smile faded.

"Seo ah, even if you're in denial I would like to let you know that you misunderstand everything you saw."

"There's nothing to misunderstand, I saw it with my own eyes." Her face flushed red and her pouting, he giggled.

"Do you agree that you're jealous?"

"What do you want me to react then? I'll be fine with my friend getting kiss on the cheek, come on! That's not how things wor-" she poked his cheek gently and avoid his gaze again.

"So you want to kiss my cheek instead of her?"

"No... Why would I kiss your cheek? A kiss is a sign of gratitude or you know.. love"

he smiles as if it reach his eyes and looks at her for long that made his time longer standing in front of her, staying with her longer made him realised how beautiful and perfect she is.

"Seo ah, you don't need to get jealous of my cousin" her eyes widened and she groaned.

"How dare you! I'm not jealous and.." her mood calm down and look at him smiling at her still, to a realisation how childish she is for envying the cousin.

"Of course, she is your cousin" she bit her lip and avoid her gaze still.

"Are you good now?" She nodded and removed his hand around her waist, she tucked her hair around her ear and cleared her throat.

"I would like to say I had a lovely evening with you, thank you."

"Can you show it with gratitude?" Her eyes widened with brows rises and head tilted.

"What? I don't-" he come closer to her lean on her face and she waved her hand to back him out but as she closed her eyes his warm lips landed on her cheek, it wasn't uncomfortable and weird anymore.

"Good night, Seo ah"  he waved his hand and get in his car as he drove off Seo ah place her hand on her face where he kissed it. Her heart was uncontrollable that she can't handle.

"Fuck, he should stop doing those sudden actions."

Her arrival was awaited by Jihyo who was smiling like a child waiting for her sister to tell a story for her in the living room eating a bag of crisps.

"Jihyo, You're still awake." She massaged her temples and dropped her shoes on the floor placing the bag on the rack. She sits with jihyo and snatched the crisp from her  hand.

"How was the date?"

"It wasn't a date"

"Spill the tea, sis"

"I'm not gonna lie, I did have a good time." Jihyo scream so loud like a fan girl getting an autograph from her idol, Seo ah jumped at her covering her mouth with a pillow.

"Shh... You don't need to shout."

"It's okay, telling me that you had a good time is perfect for me, you don't need to tell me anything." She immediately hugged her tired friend eating her bag of crisps.

"I'm so happy that Jungkook made you smile for once." She patted her friend's head but she breaks of the hug, she fidget her fingers on her lap.

"But I got an anxiety attack lately."

"What? How did-"

"I saw him at the party, he was with his wife."

"Seo ah, you're probably dozing off."

"I don't take drugs and I'm fucking sure he was there because he talked to me"

"What did you do then?"

"I ran out of the event and look for a place to calm my shit down."

"I thought he ran after me which scared me so I had a meltdown"

"Aw, Baby, that's bad I wish I was there with you."

"Thankfully, it was Jungkook I didn't know what to do but just hug him because I do need one after the attack." Jihyo smiles with sympathy and lean her head on her friend to comfort her.

"Stay strong, baby, I love you."

"Thank you, jihyo, love you too"

No matter what happened to them they're always there for each other and stand strong as a team, family and a friend.
