You started to dance with Amanda letting loose, something you hadn't done in awhile; when you felt someone grab your hips and pull you toward them. You tilted my head up to see a blonde haired blue eyed beauty. He was gorgeous. You guys danced for a while just moving to the music when suddenly he was ripped away from you. Jaden was standing over him, his hands balled in fists. "Don't touch her," he huffed out at the blonde beauty.

"Bro, back off. We were just dancing."

"I don't care. Get away from her," Jaden said in a warning tone.

"No, no, you don't get to do that," you said pushing him back slightly. "You don't get to say who I hang out with. Don't you understand? You cheated on me. Me." Your voice cracked slightly, and you dropped my head to the ground. "I can't do this," you said and began pushing your way through the crowd that had formed around you. Jaden called my name a few times, but you were out the door. You walked in the light rain to my car and soon after you got there Amanda was there too. She came up to the window, and you rolled it down, "No, Amanda. Stay. You don't have to leave."

"No, Y/N. I can't do that."

"Yes, you can. I really want to be alone now anyway."

"Okay, text me when you get home," she said.

"Same," you told her.

You drove home with nothing but the sound of the rain hitting your car. It was only like ten when you got home so you decided to watch some movies.

It was about twelve now, and the rain had picked up. You were watching movies and eating junk food when the doorbell rang. Assuming it was Amanda, you got up with your comfy clothes on and walked to the door. You opened it and started to shut it as soon as you saw who was standing there. But his hand shot out to stop it. "Please, Y/N," he said so dejectedly, it broke your heart.

"Jaden," you began but he cut you off.

"No, don't say anything, please." You nodded your head for him to continue. He was soaking wet from the rain, now he was sheltered from it by your porch. "Y/N, I love you so much. And I know that sounds like just words after what I put you through, but it's the truth. I love you so much. And I am so stupid for what I did. There's no excuse. I was wrong and dumb and an idiot. I hate myself for what I put you through," he paused running a frustrated hand through his hair. He looked up at me, tears in his eyes. I saw the sincerity in them, the pain. "I know what I did was wrong. And I'm sorry, Y/N. So sorry. I understand if you can't take me back. I just wanted to give you my side of the story." He looked at you intently, then turned around and started walking down the steps into the rain.

"Jaden, wait!" you said and started walking towards him. "I forgive you. This is never going to happen again right?"

"Never."

You stepped out into the rain as it soaked you immediately. He stepped towards you, only about an inch away. "Good," you whispered as he grabbed your face and pulled you into a long kiss. The rain covered you as your lips moved together in sync. You stepped back breathless, and he pulled you into a tight hug.

"I love you so much," he whispered.

"I love you too."

"Let's go inside," he said pulling you to the door. And you spent the rest of the night watching movies until you fell asleep in each others arms.
