Today is the day I go to school and pretend I'm straight. I've come to agreement with myself, that being gay don't work for me.

After my mom dropped me off, I entered the school and got stares from many people. I guess word got around that I was in a coma.

When I make it to my locker I see a note stuck to it. What the fuck? Who does this anymore?

I read it and it simply said, sorry. I rolled my eyes and balled up the paper, knowing it was from Kaden.

Once I arrived to class, I ignored everyone. I sat down all the way in the back of the class next the the window. I didn't want to talk to anyone.

"Hey can I sit here?" A girl named Miyah asked tapping my shoulder.

I nod and looked her up and down. She was actually cute.

As class went on the girl tapped my shoulder again.

"Hey, sorry to bother you but can you help me do something?" She asked nervously.

"Uh, sure." I nod.

"It sounds dumb, but can you help me make my girlfriend jealous? No feelings attached." She bit her lip unsure of my response.

"Yeah sure. I'm gay so no need to worry about feelings being attached." I assured her.

"Oh okay. Starting now?" She asked.

She has lots of questions.

"Yep. Starting now. I'm also trying to make my ex jealous." I confirmed with a smile.

"We're so petty for this." She giggled.

"Wait... do we gotta kiss?" I ask.

"Duh, how else will we make them jealous?" She chuckled a little.

"Okay." I smiled weirdly.

"There she is!" Miyah whisper yelled and pointed to her ex who was about to walk by.

"What do we-" She cuts me off by smashing her lips onto mine.

At first it takes me by surprise but I eventually kiss back. She wraps her arms around my neck and tangle her fingers in my curly hair making me lowly groan.

When we pull away there seems to be almost everyone in the hallway staring in shock.

"I thought you were gay?" Some girl speaks out.

I shrug and connect eyes with Kayla and see she's staring at me confused.

I quickly look away and wrap my left arm around Miyah and we begin to head to lunch.

"Whew! That was crazy. I didn't think we would gain nearly everyones attention." Miyah said as we sat down at a table in the corner of the cafeteria.

"I know right." I shake my head.

"What the hell was that?!" I look up and see Kayla and Ari standing at our table.

"What you mean?" I ask playing dumb.

"She's lesbian and you're gay! What are y'all doing kissing?" Ari asked and took a seat next to Miyah and Kayla sat beside me.

"Just wanted to try being straight for once." I shrugged.

"Why?" Kayla questioned.

"Being gay wasn't working for him." Miyah pitched in.

Once they left, Miyah and I continued to talk. Out of the corner of my eye I seen Kaden staring at us the whole time. Not once looking away.
