Link and Malon had known each other for years. It only made sense that they would get together at some point. Link was shy though, and ironically, didn't have the courage to ask Malon on a date. Luckily for him, Malon made the first move. She and Link enjoyed a picnic in front of scenic Lake Hylia as their first date. As the sun set on the lake, Link and Malon enjoyed the ambiance of the blue fire Link had brought. The magical fire cast a warm glow as the two lovers enjoyed each other's company. They held hands. They kissed. Without saying a word to each other, they knew they would be together forever.
