They sit down in class and wait for the teacher.
"I can't believe finals is today." Marta says in a whiney voice. "C'mon they're not that bad."said Zach. She looked at him with a "Really?" face.
The substitute teacher walks in.
"Alright class your teacher is not here today so you are with me, Mr. Davenport." he said.
Everyone complained.
"Aw c'mon I am really fun, see no finals today." he said.
Everyone jumped up and yelled in relief.
"Forget Ms. Hogwarts face, I love Mr. Davenport!" shouted one kid.
"Let's take attendance."
"Joey."
"Here"
"Zach"
"Here"
"Audrey"
"Here"

"Here"
He said a few more names.
