You get into a fight with the guy that so called loves you. He is supposed to protect you and make your life easier.
He screams and yells making your ears ring. Your eyes start to tear up. You know you will later regret this decision, this bodily function.
He slaps you so hard you can feel the blood rush to your face, the bruise will show tomorrow and you will give the same excuse to everyone. "I tripped and fell, haha i'm so clumsy"
You start to cry more not being able to hold it in.
He grabs you by your neck, pushing you up against a wall cutting your air flow off. You kick and try to yell for help but all that comes out is a squeak.
He laughs
He drops you and says your pathetic
You sprint for your room and shut the door and lock it. Sliding down the door sobbing.
Later he wants something
He comes to the door saying "I love you, I always have and I always will. I had a bad day at work. I didn't mean to take it out on you. Babe you are my everything. Please come out"
Do you go back to believing him?
You slowly walk out, knowing you can't hide forever.
He pulls you close, burying his face in your neck. You can feel the warmth of his breath against you neck. This is what drew you in first.
