What it is: The kid can take control of electric currents as long the touch it, it doesn't affect them and they can move it anywhere the want, for example they can take all power from an old computer and put it on a new on so it works faster, they can touch a person ask then a question to distract them from the fact that their energy is draining and fast.
Downside: Drain energy from child's brain causing them to take for ever to processes things and to think correctly
