The secret I've kept from you

Kylie's: POV

Today Hailey and I decided to go get lunch. It was 12:30 and she picked me up and we headed to dinner. As we got to the outside part of the café we took a seat and started looking threw the menu.

Their were so many decisions things. "So what are you getting I'm lost theirs so many things!" Hailey said excitedly.

"Oh my god you remind me of a little kid, and I'm still looking too!" I said laughing.

After we ordered Hailey and I just relaxed and talked. Suddenly we hear a gun shot. Hailey and I stood up and started running when all of a sudden I feel pain in my stomach. I looked down to see blood dripping. Then I fell.

"CALL 911 SHES PREGNANT!!!" I heard Hailey yell right before everything went black.

Kells: POV
Casie and Chloe went to my friends house and their getting their nails done so it's just me and the boys.

We were playing basketball when I heard my phone ring. It was Hailey.

"Hello?" I said.

"Colson!" She said crying.

"What's wrong? Are you ok? Is Kylie ok? I said.

"We we're talking at the café when a shooting happened, she got shot in the stomach!" Hailey said still crying.

"Oh my god where the fuck are you?" I said dropping the basketball and starting to run to the house.

"I'm at the hospital, Colson hurry!" She said.

"I'm on my way" I said.

"Guys their was a shooting at the café Hailey and Kylie went to Kylie got shot in the stomach!" I yelled they all came running and we got into the car.

"What do you mean she got shot!" Rook yelled. "They we're talking and all of a sudden someone started shooting at her."

"Holy shit man" Slim said buckling himself up.

We got to the hospital and ran in. "Hello how is Kylie Smith?" I said in a worried tone.

"Oh you'll have to wait she's in surgery now" the front desk lady said.

We ran to the waiting room to see Hailey sitting their covered in blood.

"Oh my god Hailey, how the fuck did this happen!" I said sitting next to her.

"I don't know, all we were doing is eating and who the yell would wanna shot us. They only shot twice one hit the floor beside Kylie and the other hit her! That only means that they were aiming for her" Hailey said still crying and shaking.

"What the fuck!" I said pissed off and sad.

About an hour went by and she was out of surgery.

"Kylie Smith" I heard the front desk lady say. We all jumped up and walked over to her.

"She's out of surgery, but she's still out  and only two at a time." She said

Hailey and I walked to her room the boys staid in the waiting room. We walked in and she looked so beautiful but I couldn't help but want to cry.

"I grabbed her hand and pulled a chair up to the side of her bed. Hailey did the same on the other side of her bed.

Kylie's: POV
I started to open my eyes and seen Colson sitting bedside me in a chair holding my hand.

"Colson" I mumbled. He sat up and put his hand on my cheek.

"What happened?" I asked

"Babe you were shot when you were getting food with Hailey" he said tears wetting his face.

"we didn't...." but before I could finish my sentence Colson already knew what I was asking and answered.

"We did" he said rubbing my cheek.

I started to cry. "We lost the baby" I put my hand on top of the hand that was rubbing my cheek.

After we relaxed the FBI came in my room and wanted to ask me a couple questions so I allowed it.

"Hello my name is Sarah, and I'm just going to ask you a few questions. If you don't feel comfortable answering don't it's ok." She said sitting down.

"Ok" I said still holding colsons hand.

"So first question, do you know anyone who would want to hurt you?" She asked getting a pen out to write.

"No not that I know of" I said looking at her.

"Ok, do you know anyone by the name of Dallas Cooper?" She asked.

I froze and started to grip colsons hand more, I started breathing more heavy. "Why, is he the one who shot me?" I asked still shaking and tears rolling down my face.

"Yes, Who is he?" She asked.

"He's......" Colson looked at me funny. "He's my ex boyfriend" I said looking at Sarah.

"He's your ex, why would he want to hurt you." She asked.

I froze and didn't want anyone to find out about this especially Colson. "About 2 years ago we dated and I got pregnant with my 2nd child, it was Dallas's. But I had a miscarriage."

"Do you think he got mad your having a baby with Colson again?" She asked.

"I would think so, your going to find him and arrest him right?" I asked still shaking.

"Yes, has he done anything to you? Your starting to shake up"

A tear ran down my cheek. "When I first met him he raped me, but told me if I didn't stay with him he'd hurt me, but he started abusing me until I got pregnant and then once I lost the baby I ran away, I never wanted Chloe around him so she'd always stay with Hailey." I said crying.

"Ok hey, hey don't worry from the things he's done he'll be in jail for along time." Sarah said rubbing my back.

After she left I looked at Colson. "You had another kid?" he asked. "Colson I was going to tell you that kid was an accident all Dallas did was basically raped me, that baby was made while Dallas was raping me." I said crying even more.

"Hey babe it's ok" he held me in his arms and laid down with me in my bed. We fell asleep.

~2 days later~

Once we got home I was mostly in bed. Colson and the girls were downstairs making food. I couldn't believe Dallas shot me and killed my baby.

I started balling while looking at my ultrasound pictures and my pregnancy test. "Babe, hey look at me" Colson said walking to the bed and grabbing my chin pushing it up so I was looking at him. "You need to stop thinking it's your fault. It's not" he said whipping my tears.

"Yes it is if I wouldn't have meant Dallas we could have another child. I've lost a baby that I wanted to raise with you, I didn't tell you about Chloe so you didn't get to help me raise her but this baby you would have been able to" I said crying.

"Hey it's fine, I'll get to help you raise all of our future baby's." He said.

Later we laid the girls down and kissed them goodnight. Colson and I went into his room and laid down for bed. "I love you so much" Colson said kissing my head. "I love you too" I said kissing his chest. I started tracing his tattoos and we both fell asleep in each other's arms.
