Chapter 1 accidents happen

Ok so... This was a fic my friend asked me to write for her. I figured a few people on here might enjoy it too, so.. Yeah. Enjoy. :) Updates may be slow.

Tom yawned as he crawled out of bed. It was 4:30 in the morning and he was already going to be late for the film shoot. Today was the day they were going to be shooting the final scene of Thor, the dark world.

He walked into the bathroom and showered. He sighed as the warm water ran down his sore body. Being on his feet all day really took its toll. When he finished he got dressed and checked the time. 4:46.

"Damn... I won't be able to eat breakfast" he mumbled to himself. He dried his hair and brushed it briefly before grabbing his car keys and heading out. It was still dark outside so he hurried to his car. Partly because he was worried about muggers and partly because he was running late.

He climbed into his car and turned on the ignition. He pulled out onto the road and glanced at his watch. 4:58. He let out a sigh.

"Maybe Chris will be late like usual and buy me some time.."

He stopped at a red light and waited. He wished the light would turn faster and after several cars crossed the light turned green.

The car in front pulled forward and tom fallowed close behind. He glanced down at his watch just in time to miss the truck slam into him.

He felt his body jerk roughly and his head hit the glass. All he could feel was pain, pain in his head and the entire left side of his body. He slowly slipped into darkness...

Chris POV

"Where is Tom? Has anyone heard from Tom!? He was supposed to be here 45 minutes ago! He won't answer his phone, please tell me someone has heard from him!?" Alan fumed. I was standing a few feet away when I heard Alan yelling. Tom was missing? That's not like him at all...

Natalie looked as confused as I was. "Do you think he slept in on accident?" She questioned.

"No.. He's a very light sleeper. He would wake up from the drop of a pin." I answered.

"Well someone please find him!" Alan shouted. That's when his phone rang. "Hello!? I'm kinda busy right now!.... What?.... Oh my god... Yeah, I'll be there soon." He hung up the phone. His face looked pale.

"Alan? What's wrong?" I questioned.

"Its Tom... He's in the hospital."
