the day

7:00 am came and her alarm clock rang loudly in her ears. Chloe quickly hit the clock to 'snooze' and let out an

effortless groan. Her eyes were heavy and she was just about to fall back to sleep when she realised something. Throwing the covers off her, she leaped out of bed and ran over to her calendar. The date was the 15th Feb. She smiled at the crosses marked on all the previous day's of the calendar then stared at today's date. 'SEBASTION!' was written dead in the middle in green pen, with doodles all around. After grabbing her red marker from underneath her wooden desk,she circled the name multiple times.

Rushing to the bathroom, Chloe brushed her teeth for twice as long, as she wanted them to look perfect for the day ahead. She gargled her mouthwash and rinsed her face,then made her way to her bedroom to get ready.

Today, she spent extra long on her makeup, making sure her foundation was blended in perfectly, her winged liner was symmetrical and her mascara looked amazing. Finally, she walked over to her wardrobe where she admired her brand new Aztec print skirt and black bat-winged top she had left out the night before. After getting changed and taking one last long look in the mirror, she was ready and she made her way downstairs.
