Harry wakes up a little as he leaves.

Severus sits down and reads.

Harry wakes up completely and goes to the window with his owl.

Severus continues to read

Harry sits in the window, looking at the roof of the house next to him.

Severus doesn't know.

Harry sees something outside.

Severus doesn't know what he's doing.

Harry goes to his closet.

Severus gets up to check on him.

Harry hides.

"Harry?" He sees the window open and rubs to it.

"Sevvves?" Harry calls softly.

Severus goes to him. "Harry?"

Harry reaches for him.

Severus picks him up. "What are you doing over there?"

"Mons'er."

"Where at?"

"Outsi'!"

Severus goes to the window. "Where?"

Harry points to the dog outside.

"That's a dog."

"Gonna ea' me!"

"No, it won't why do you think that?"

Harry shows him his hand, which has a bite mark shaped scar.

"Oh. Well, not all dogs will hurt you, Harry."

"Scawy!"

"Yes, dogs are scary," Severus says and closes the window.

Harry clings to him.

Severus holds him.

Harry looks at him.

Severus smiles. "Nothing to worry about. I promise. It's outside. It can't come in."

Harry nuzzles him.

Severus grins and holds him tight.

Harry yawns.

"Tired?"

Harry shakes his head.

"Okay "

Harry wraps his legs around him.

Severus smiles.

Harry puts his head on his chest.

Severus plays with his hair.

"He'wig." Harry points at the window.

"Don't worry about it."

"No He'wig!"

"What are you trying to say?"

Harry points to the window.

Severus looks. "Owl?"

"Outsi'!"

Severus uses magic to open the window and get the Hedwig.

Harry looks at him.
