Lily sat in her 4th period class—her last class of the day. She was a senior at Memorial High in DC. She sat at her desk doodling on her notes when suddenly Mr. Weis called her name.

"Lilac?" he called. "Yes Mr. Weis?" she asked somewhat annoyed. She continuously told everyone to call her Lily. She didn't know where her mother came up with that stupid ass name.

"I asked what was the answer to number 17." he continued. "Oh um... it's C, correct?" she asked, sounding hopeful. Though she wasn't paying attention, she knew the material well. "Correct Ms. Coleman." he said begrudgingly. He thought Lily wasn't paying attention.

Finally the bell rang, and Lily hopped up. She was tired from being there all day. She only had to attend school for 2 full days, but on Tuesday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's she left school at 10am. She went to summer school and got most of her credits so she didn't have to stay all day most of the days. For that she was happy— Lily hated school.

"Lily!" she heard her friend Dasia calling her so she stopped and turned around. Dasia caught up to her and examined her. "Girlll you looking like a chocolate snack!" she said playfully. Lily rolled her eyes, but it was true she was looking good. She rarely wore makeup but she decided to put a highlighter on her cheekbones, and the tip of her nose. She had on a brown lipstick that covered her full lips. Her long hair was straightened stopping just below her bra strap. Her outfit consisted of a slightly oversized sweater, with a pair of denim jeans, and her low top white air forces. It wasn't anything spectacular but Lily looked good in any and everything.

Lily looked her friend over as well, "girl you looking good too" she observed. Dasia was gorgeous. She had money, and she loved spending it on lavish things. She was petite but gorgeous nonetheless. She had recently got a bright red wig installed, making her light skin glow. She had on light makeup enhancing her features even more. She had on a white graphic tee, a grey jean jacket paired with a pair of grey jeans, her blue and white humanity sneakers, and a light grey YSL purse. She was stunning of course. Dasia was always stunning.

"Girl whatever, anyways I was wondering if you wanted to go to the mall? I need to get something to wear for Saturday

"Girl whatever, anyways I was wondering if you wanted to go to the mall? I need to get something to wear for Saturday." Lily pretended to think about it but in reality she knew she wasn't going to. Lily was tired. She wanted to go home and get some sleep while she could. She spent her entire week studying, and working. She was taking her SAT's again in 2 weeks, and she needed a 1000 or better. She wanted to make sure she got into whatever college she wanted to go to. "Girl we can go tomorrow, I'm not really feeling it today" she replied.
