Evie

I pulled my coat closer as i shivered in the winters breeze ive been trying to reach nathan for the past week but no awnser i cant believe he cheated on me im flunking college

im not making enough money what the point anymore ive had suicide on my mind for a while but i never could do it how could i hold my breath that long but its still better than being here

where mama's new bf hurt me i shook the thoughts out my mind and made my way into the dark forest to get to the lake

once their i started to walk into the freezing water what if he comes looking for me?

i turn around and froze in fear as their is now a tall figure standing at the end of the lake it only clicked to me when he pulled out a knife

i dived under but i couldnt get away he grabbed me i fought to get up but he held me down i couldnt breathe i felt the blade slash doen on my belly i screamed

he stabbed me again and everything turned black

2 days later

The snow had fully melted making it better weather to go fishing i grabbed my gear piper my puppy right behind me

As we headed down to the lake i hopped up into my boat and set sail i found it odd when i found dead fish floating on the lake top that was strange for everdale

i kept going down the lake till something coaght my eye in the middle of the lake was red almost like.....oh god

i moved my boat closer to see whats causing the fish to die i poke

whatever was covered in seaweed and moss as it turned over i screamed in terror as it was a swollen dead body of evie mae

i got on the phone with the police with a shakey hand "911 how can i help you?" I took a deep breathe trying hard to stop crying " mary i think i found evie.....in the lake she.....she is.... Dead!!"
