Connors mom calls so I know something is wrong. She says
"Connor went out to buy you some flowers but he never came back. I got a call from the hospital and they say he's been beat up pretty bad and he has a broken rib. I'm at the hospital now and he is in surgery."
"Okay I'll be right there." (Katlyn)
I'm in the car I start to cry because I know exactly who did this. Danielle's dad. He has such a cruel mind. I arrive at the hospital. I see Mrs. Franta standing in the waiting room pretty much crying. I walk over to comfort her and then the doctor comes out.
"For Connor Franta."
"Right here."(Katlyn)
"Connor will most likely be okay. He will need to stay here for at least a week. He broke a rib and his arm and has a mild concusion. But he will be okay." (Doctor)
"Thank you that's great." (Mrs. Franta)
We wait in the waiting room until the doctor says we can visit him. When we can we walk in and Connors just laying there. Connor tells his mom he will be alright. And his mom says that she'll give us a minute.
"OMG Connor are you really okay. Who did this to you"(Katlyn)
"Yes and it's was Danielle's dad." (Connor)
"I knew it. She's such a bitch."(Katlyn)
"I'm so sorry we can't go on that date." (Connor)
"No it's fine. I'm just glad your okay. Do you need anything?" (Katlyn)
It turns out that I spent my whole day at the hospital with Connor.
"It's getting late you should go home."(Connor)
"Okay I'll call my mom but I'm coming right back when I wake up." (Katlyn)
"Okay I love you. Bye." (Connor)
"Bye." (Katlyn)
My mom comes and picks me up.
"What happened to Connor." (Mom)
"He got beat up really badly." (Katlyn)
Ugh I can't believe this happened. Just why does everything bad happen to me.
