Katlyn's POV

I feel like connor has been acting different lately. He hasn't been hanging out with me as much and i miss him. I decide to call him.

Hey con!

Hey Kat!

can you meet me at the coffee shop in ten?

Oh um... actually i was wondering if I could come over and talk to you about something.

Okay! thats fine too. well see you in 10. bye

Ten minutes later i here a knock at the door and its connor.

He comes in and we go down in the basement to talk. We both sit down and it awkward because no one is talking so i ask whats up. He just sits there in silence and looks like he's gonna cry. I start to worry.

connor whats wrong? (K)

uhhhhhhh well.... okay. *sigh* I've been meaning to tell you this for a long time but i couldn't do it. i couldn't even tell myself but katlyn.... I-i-i'm g-gay. Ive always know something was wring with me and I've always felt different from everyone else. I've never been able to admit it to anyone, not even myself. I hate the feeling of not being able to accept myself and just recently I've been able to tell myself I'm gay. katlyn, i know i told you i liked you and stuff but really i just wanted to see if i threw myself at girls id change how i thought, but it didnt work. I haven't told anyone this yet but i thought i would tell you first because your my best friend and i love you. also I'm sorry I've been avoiding you lately.(C)

now we were both crying. i didn't know what to say, i didn't care that he was gay. he's still my best friend. i just sat there and hugged him.

its okay con, it really is. i love you and you will always be my best friend. (K)

i just hugged him. We decided to hang out the rest of the day and just talk and drink coffee. But that day changed my life forever and i knew that me and connor were Just Friends after all. :)
