This was it. I was about to meet The Never Ever. Something I never thought would happen. I was just a few metres away from Dylan Nash, THE Dylan Nash! I can't believe I was about to meet Lani, Pat, Dylan, Brad and Jess. Oh my god. I was at the concert with my two best friends; Eden and Tiana. Eden was in the line with me but Tiana went off with her niece to see some other band here. Under my jacket, my arm started to hurt a bit. A few days before, me and Eden stupidly decided to do the salt and ice challenge thing. Mine turned out the worse since I kept it there for the full four minutes. I quietly hissed at the pain and Eden turned to me.

"You okay?" she asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine. My arm hurts, that's all." I replied truthfully, "Out of all times my arm decides to hurt now."

"Your jacket sleeve is most likely rubbing against it, so take off your jacket?" Eden suggested.

"That's a good idea." I said, carefully taking off my jacket and putting it in my bag.

"Hello girls." I heard a voice. I looked up and saw I was standing right in front of Dylan Nash.

"Woah." I said, just above a whisper. I looked in his deep brown eyes. All the pain disappeared from my arm as I stood there. Eden was obviously talking to him because he nodded and smiled as she did so.

"So what's your name?" he asked. I wasn't sure if he was talking to me or Eden.

"Aye, Dylan's talking to you." Eden said, nudging me. I snapped out of my thoughts.

"Huh?" I said, looking to Eden. She pointed to Dylan, "Oh! I'm Courtney." I said, slightly embarrassed.

"Aww." Dylan awww'd. I slightly blushed. Dylan pulled me in for a hug. I brushed my arm against his shirt, accidentally, and all the pain come back again. I pulled away, looking down at my arm. Dylan grabbed my arm in his and looked at it, "Gosh, you're silly." he chuckled, "Does it hurt?" he asked. I nodded. I got called silly by Dylan, any other girl would find that offensive but I found it quite adorable. I couldn't help but smile.

"It hurts a shit load." I slightly smiled, "I was stupid to do it, aha. I was with my friend, we both did it but mine was far worse then hers."

"This is mine." Eden said, showing Dylan her arm. There was only a slight outline of her's left, "We're stupid."

"They look like they hurt, a lot." Dylan said.

"Shit yeah." I replied.

"Maybe you both should get some cream or something on it when you get home, yeah?"

"Sure." Eden smiled.

"We sure will, Krillen." I said.

"I will never live that down." Dylan chuckled. For the rest of the night we spoke to all of The Never Ever until my mum decided to come and pick us up. Me, Tiana and Eden got back to the hotel and laid on our beds. I had to change that picture of me and Dylan to the home screen on my phone. I searched my pockets and my phone wasn't there. I looked through my bag and still no sign.

"Ah, shit." I whispered. All of a sudden Eden's phone rang. I took it off her and looked at the ID. It was my phone number and my picture.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Hey Eden, it's Dylan. Courtney left her phone on the table beside me." Dylan said.

"Oh, hey Dylan. This is Courtney. Uhm, when can I get it?" I asked.

"Oh, would you like to come to lunch with me tomorrow? Like, just you and me." he asked. I smiled widely.

"Sure thing."

"Awesome, I'll get you around 10-ish?" he asked.

"Yesssss." I said. I was a tad excited but I knew as soon as I got off the phone, I'd scream.

"Okay, see you then. Thank you." he said.

"No, thank you for finding my phone." I smiled again.

"It's fine." Dylan said, "See you tomorrow."

"Okay, bye Dylan."

"Bye." he said, hanging up. I hung up Eden's phone and walked back in the room where everyone else was.

"HOLEY SHIT, OH MY GOD!" I screamed, jumping up and down, "I am having lunch tomorrow with Dylan Nash, THE Dylan Nash!" I screamed excitedly.

The next morning came around and I just grabbed any clothes I could find and wore them. 9:30am came around and mum walked into where we were.

"Are you guys ready?" she asked.

"Uhm, where are we going?" I asked.

"To the beach." she replied.

"The beach? Mum, I have a lunch date." I said.

"With who?"

"Dylan Nash." Tiana said. I bit my lip. Mum never seemed to like The Never Ever, or Dylan in this case.

"Really?" she said, crossing her arms. I slightly nodded. There was no way this would end well. She uncrossed her arms and looked down at me, "Okay, have fun." mum sighed and walked out of the room. I was surprised by her reaction and looked to Tiana and Eden. They looked back at me, surprised. They both knew how much mum hated Dylan. But then they both knew how much he really meant to me. I walked out the room without another word and waited in the lobby. It wasn't long before I saw Dylan walk in.

"Courtney." he said, coming up and hugging me from behind.

"Dylan." I replied, holding his arms.

"I believe this is yours." Dylan said handing me my phone.

"Aw, you're amazing Dylan, thank you." I said, turning around and fully hugging him. There was always this one thing about me that made me forget about everything else. I didn't know what it was but I was determined to find out, "So how are you this morning, Mr Nash?" I looked up at him, smiling.

"Feeling amazing." he smiled down at me. I hugged him, "How's your arm?"

"Surprisingly, not as bad as it has been." I replied.

"Well, that's good." he smiled at me. We left from the lobby and walked a few blocks to the restaurant. It was nothing fancy, but it was still amazing. We sat down in a booth, then the waiter came over and asked for our orders. We ordered what we wanted and talked about random things and how our days were. Just after I'd finished eating, I got a text from Tiana; 'Ayee Courto :) your mum wants to leave here in about an hour or so, so you better get back here and start packing your stuff x0x' I sighed. God, I knew mum would just let me go then she'd make up an excuse to drag me away from it. I looked at the time and saw it was 11am. Why she wanted to leave around 12-ish, I wouldn't know. I looked to Dylan.

"I'm sorry, but I just got a text from my friend and mum wants to leave in an hour." I explained.

"It's fine." Dylan smiled, "Do you want me to walk you back, or?"

"Nah, I should be fine." I smiled, "Yet again, I'm really sorry. I'll tweet you or something." I said, hugging Dylan then quickly running out the restaurant door and to the hotel. I walked up to the room we were staying at and packed my suitcase and bag. By the time I was finished, mum walked in.

"How was lunch?" she asked.

"It was fine.. Until you dragged me home." I said, putting the last few things in my bag and zipping it up. Not another word of that conversation was said. I walked down to the lobby and saw Dylan with Lani and Brad. I really wanted to just run over and hug him one last time but half of myself stopped me. I dropped my bags and pushed through mum and her boyfriend and ran straight for Dylan. I wrapped my arms tightly around him and started to slightly cry. He wrapped his arms around me before whispering, "You've got to remember just to breathe.." in my ear.
