Hades perspective:
I stopped and slowly entered the clearing to see her there kneeling on the ground in front of her reflection in the water's surface. She didn't seem to notice me stand a few feet away from her in the clearing. I didn't dare move, in case i ended up alerting her to my presence and end up getting attacked. She was just staring at her reflection like, she might start crying. I contemplated on what i should do. should i approch her or, should i just stand here and see what happens? then, then she started speaking:
i started to sing back to her to see how'd she react, i was ready to take the chance of being attacked. i wanted her to know i truely love her and how much i care about her so, i decided to sing to the song we danced to the first time we met. i made my way towards her as i sang, she started to run but she was slowing down a bit as she started to realize what song i was singing. So now she just stood there as i continued to sing. i became nervous to finally truthfully admit that i love her. Then she...she glanced at me and, started to sing back to me! she sang out the last part 'you promise, we're meant to be more...?' and i responded "much more...i-i love you Maria!". She squealed and tackle hugged me and then we spun around in a tight embrace as we continue to sing, the others were watching and smiling. we got her back, the nightmare is gone. She's back...the love of my life, is BACK! but then she looked at me...shocked? "What's...What's the matter my love? Is, Is something wrong?" :i asked beginning to get worried. She started to cry but she was also smiling, she still wouldn't tell me what the matter was. She gave me a huge grin and told me, "Hades i...i can....i can see! I-I can see you! i'm...not blind anymore! Its a miracle!" She exclaimed with nothing in her voice but pure joy. I couldn't believe her words at first but, when i realize what she had just said, i smiled and laughed, hugging her tightly. Some how, being possesed by the nightmare...corrected her eyesight!
Maria's perspective:
I, I couldn't believe it. I...I can see now. this has to be the greatest day of my life! i have the love of my life in my arms, i can finally see! This is MY happily ever after right here! My friends in the distance are just as happy for me as i am. Then we all shared a group hug. After we fixed the destruction caused by, dark sentry. we all celebrated my return and the fact i could now see and was no longer blind. the next day, it was my birthday so we threw another party for this day as well and Hades gift to me was, something i will NEVER forget. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him to which i GLADLY said yes to! it was truely, a happily ever after!
