I get so nervous to do presentations alone or to do things by myself. I am able to get up in front of 200 people and then sing in a choir performance, hands get really sweaty but I can do it.
Whereas in drama I can barely stand up and do a short presentation in front of my classmates. My hands were dripping with sweat and my voice cracked because I was tearing up and I couldn't even look up from the floor.
there was so much irony because the stimuli was courage and I created an anxiety meter.
