18.Realization?

Same night at 12:00 am:

At wedding hall, everything is arranged beautifully, both bride and groom came and sat at their places and wedding ceremony started, Maulvi read some duas and prayed for the couple then at last

Maulvi: "Arshad Habib, kya aapko ye nikaah qubool hai?"

Arshad: qubool hai (3 times)

then its bride turn

Maulvi: "Zoya Siddiquie, kya aapko
ye nikaah qubool hai?"

Zoya: Qubool hai (3 times)

Maulvi: wedding is completed from now u both are wife and husband

Mahi: noooooooo (screamed) as she woke up from her bad dream

Then she realised it is just her dream not true, she took the water bottle and drank water which is placed beside her bed on the table

Mahi: what is this Mahi? what are u even thinking? relax, just relax it is just ur dream not true

she tried to console herself but continuously tears are flowing from her eyes, just then she heard a knock in her door and went to open the door, her mom and dad are standing at the door who are really worried

Mahi: mom and dad

Mahi's dad: Mahi what happened? why are u screaming

Mahi: dad it is just a dream (she is sweating badly and looks so tensed)

Mahi's mom: ohh okay we are really worried, drink some water and sleep

Mahi nodded and her mother turned to go to their room but her father didn't moved, he is just starring at his daughter

Mahi's mom: Rakesh let's go to our room, im sleepy and Mahi is fine

Rakesh: no swetha, Mahi is not fine

Then he hold Mahi hand and took her near her bed and made her sit on bed, he sat beside her

Rakesh: swetha, i can read my daughter eyes, she is worried about something but maybe she don't want to share with us, Mahi if u don't want to share then its okay, i don't force but please don't fight with yourself, try to find a solution to ur problem, but don't take stress and please don't cry, u don't look good when u cry

Saying this Rakesh caressed her hair and stood up to go but Mahi holds his hand

Mahi: papa (hugged him and fresh tears started flowing from her eyes which she is holding since a long)

After few minutes, she stopped crying

Mahi: papa.... i myself don't know what is happening with me, what's wrong with me, these days i feel so irritated, before whenever i hear about Adi and Zoya i gets so irritated and jealous and now whenever i hear about Zoya and Arshad im not feeling irritated but im feeling jealous and also hurt like.... Like this pain is just killing me, but don't know why?......Dad before i never felt this hurt and now i got a bad dream (she narrated them about her dream)

Rakesh: relax Mahi, tell me one thing why are u calling it as a bad dream? if they both get married then u can happily marry Aditya

Mahi: yes dad but now i don't want to marry Aditya, if Zoya get married to Aditya then i don't have any problem with that, i can't hear Zoya name from Arshad, before his first priority is me but now he is not caring about me, he only care about Zoya and i don't like this........but don't know why this shit is happening with me

Rakesh(smiles): Mahi one last question, can u leave without Arshad

Mahi(immediately): no (she herself shocked for her reply)

Rakesh: Mahi do u remember? when i asked u the same question about Aditya then u said "Dad he is not my life nor anything to can't live without him, but i want to marry him because i like him and he is the most eligible bachelor in India, he is unique and i just want to gain his attention and want to be his partner", and it is true u never loved him, what u feel for him is just an attraction but now what u are feeling for Arshad is love, ur first and true love

Swetha: yes Mahi, i totally agree with Rakesh, love is different and attraction is different, u can marry the person of ur choice, we support u but think before u make any decision

Rakesh: yes Mahi we support u, think and take a good decision

The night passed she slept while thinking

Next morning:

Mahi woke up and gets ready to go somewhere, she went downstairs where her parents sat on couch and thinking continuously

Mahi: Good morning dad and mom

Rakesh & Swetha: Good morning Mahi

Rakesh: did u think about what we said?

Mahi: yes

Rakesh: so it means now u are going to talk with Arshad?

Mahi: no dad, im going to talk with Aditya

Swetha: what?

Mahi: yes mom you heard me correctly, okay i have to leave, i'll talk to u later, bye

Saying this she went

Waseem called the mechanic and repaired the car

Arshad and Zoya gets ready to go to their work, they had breakfast together

Arshad: thanks for everything Uncle and Aunty, i have to go now

Waseem: no need of thanks Arshad, its our responsibility

Roshnaq: yes Arshad Waseem is right

Arshad: haha okay, i'll leave now

Zoya: Arshad wait, actually i left my purse (pouch) in ur house, i'll come with u

Arshad: ohh okay, then lets go

Saying this they travelled to Arshad house

What Mahi will do now? Whether she realised her mistakes or not? What will happen next?
