An example of which was seen in the dropping of the artist "V" after his repeated Drug scandal and DUI,as with the previous charge no evidence was found untill a video surfaced of his taking drugs and drinking in the red light district with another female star Ji yi though after some investigation it was discovered that she was drugged by V.
