Jimin's story

(No one's p.o.v)

Jimin never really had an exciting life...he had all the cliché childhood problems such as bullying and everything else, probably like a majority of children. At home though, Jimin had always had to deal with his father. Said man always had alcohol problems. With time, his father started to develop severe anger management issues and sadly, Jimin's brother followed his exemple. The boy was always getting in trouble and fought to his heart's content. He took exemple on the person who should have taught him right. Jimin didn't...in fact, he was the closest with his mother. He really did love her dearly. She was always there for him and never let anything come close to hurt him. But the poor woman suffered too. Since the beginning, she was so in love with Jimin's father that she never wanted to divorce him. She was dead set on trying to help him through this and having a new beginning. Sadly, he efforts were useless and on one particular night, two years ago, Jimin and his whole family were in the car to go back home at the end of the day. His father was drunk and driving while arguing with Jimin's brother. On a particularly loud exclamation coming from him, he jerked his hand on the wheel and the car went tumbling. On that day, only his mother was hurt and she ended up succumbing to her injuries the same night. From there on, everything was ruined. Jimin promised himself to never trust someone again and so he stopped talking completely.  Jimin's father became abusive, he hurt Jimin the most out of his two sons because said boy reminded him of his wife. He even blamed his wife's death on him. In the following months after the accident, his father met a woman, Taehyung's mother. The two started going out but when the woman found out about his controlling habits and his addiction, she left him immediately. Jimin had had enough after a while and ran away from the familial house. He stayed at Taehyung's place since that day and his father didn't once try to come to take him back. He wasn't all that fond of Taehyung because of another story, but he decided it was better to live with him and his mother instead of suffering on his own.

And all of that brings us to now...two years after the accident. Jimin still doesn't talk. That means that he doesn't really have friends either. People like to pick on him and use him as a punching bag when they wish. And he fell into a dark world of nothing but self hatred.

Yesterday was the end of summer break so guess what today is?

If you answered the worst day of the entire year you were right...

So I am preparing to go to school. I put on a baby blue oversized sweater with some black skinny jeans and take my bag. here you go I'm ready to leave for the worst day of the year...

I walk to school and the first thing I see when I enter is all the different groups of people; the popular kids, the lonely weirdo, the goths, the bitches, the nerds...

Way too many people.

I go and get my schedule. After getting it I find my locker and put my stuff in it.

I just hope the people in this shithole are gonna let me live until the end of the year...
