Oh my god. What was going on?! The shock was finally hitting me in waves of dis belief. Brooke was pale, her lips were even the same colour as her skin. I was just staring straight forward, and Mia turned around, doubled over, and projectile vomited all over the ground.

The P.A. beeped in again. This time it was the familiar voice of our principal.

"I apologize for any inconvenience" he says, his voice shaking. "I would not want anything to happen to all of you, so I am going to try to sort it out with whoever these people outside are. Either I'll find a way to keep you safe, or I'll die trying."

And with that, he bleeped out. There were going to kill him. There was no doubt about it. Oh my god. I couldn't let that happen. Oh my god oh my god. I didn't think, I just did. I turned and ran. I swing myself around using the door frame and skidded through the halls. Everything was silent except for me and the several footsteps from behind me. I skidded out to the double doors where I could see my principal approach whoever these people were. He just raised his hands in the air, and dropped.

A trail of red leaking from the back of his head. I screamed and several different arms grabbed me from different directions holding me back. Trying to comfort me. But I had just witnessed a person being shot. You can't unsee something like that.

The intercom, once again. "Now that we have taken care of the authorities...all the eldest children...are to report to the gymnasium....immediately...if you don't come...we'll know...any staff that tries to keep you safe...will be executed."

I walked side by side with Mia and Brooke. Neither of us saying a word. we got to the gym with the rest of the 13 year olds and lined up as if we were in the military. A bright light flashed directly in front of us and whoever this was teleported right in front of us.

"hello...I am Centron...I am the ruler of Middle Earth. We have lived underneath you for millenniums now. It's your turn to learn."

"What are you going to do to them?!" A staff member at the school I didn't recognize.

"That is for us to know, and for you to find out." His face twisted into a sickening grin. "We have learned from this mans mistakes...not to speak out of turn."

He simply waved at the man, and dead. 2nd casualty of the day that I had witnessed.

"All right..." He spoke in a different language and several other different flashes of light appeared.

"Take them away." He growled.

"Where are you taking us?"

I couldn't stop myself. I had to find out. I wish I hadn't spoken. I wish I hadn't.

"You should know better...then to speak...out of term." His face twisted into the same, evil, crooked, smile.

That was that.

I felt impact. I looked down, and felt a burning on the right side of my chest. I layed my hand there gently, and instantly felt searing pain. I took my hand off and held it up to my face. Blood is all I could see. Everything was moving so fast, but as if it was all in slow motion.

Then everything faded out to darkness.
