"I-- I guess I can... I mean, my mom's not going anywhere, I mean, not anytime soon..."Is slurred out, her headburried in Josie's stomach, "But please let go..."
Josie let go, holding Is's face with both her hands, "That stupid skank-- I mean, your mom is back?" Josie laughed slightly at her own joke.
It was odd, the care-free lesbion of the school hangingout with the invisible, overly intelligent girl. Josie never seemed to care about anything, she was kind spirited and as joyful as any teenager could ever be. Is was quiet, her mindalways thinkingabout what everyone else's thoughts were about her.
Is simply rolled her eyes at Josie's comment, it took a lot more then that to make her laugh. Josie grabbed her hand, almost dragging her into the school building.
"Gotta get to class, can't be late or my mom with beat my ass..."Josie saidin a slight hushed, worried tone.
Is pulled her hand away, opening her locker andpushing her stuff into her cluteredlocker. As smart as she was, she still lacked a few organisation skills. She pushedher back against the locker. Finally, after putting all her weight on it, it gave a small click, ensuring it was successfully closed andsecure. ~~~
The smallgirlsat at her desk, her hands locked together as her postureremainedat it's professional stance.
Before her mother starteddrugs and sleeping with every man, (Possibly woman.) She could get in her house, she was in the military. She always made her daughter sit straight, keep quiet unless she was spoken to, and keep herself calm at all times.
Is workedon her paper the teacher had handedout, a question messing with her mind a bit from over thinking but she managed to answer correctly.
Anote was passed over to her. This was new. A slight hope shown in her eyes, maybe someone wantedto address her being there, that she was a person to, not someone everyone went to when they needed answers. She took the note she'd caught with her foot, looking at the front of the folded notepaper. The letters were written neatly and flawlessly, her name, written after the simple word, 'To'was written bigger then the rest of the writing.
Slowly and torturously, sheopenedit, the paper giving a few, unwanted noises, but the teacher giving no notice.
Her face flushedas she readit, "Enjoying your little lesbion relationship with Josie, freak? Oops! I ment friendship."
Is swallowed hard, closing her eyes for a few seconds. 'They're just lies, don't let them get to you.'She tried to tellherself, but the second sense in her mind kept repeating itself, Freak.
She sighed, simply wadding up the paper andsetying it in a trash can that was conveniently placed behind her. Is looked back down, pushing her paper aside. God how she dispised the world...

Is waitedoutside for her friend, glancing for Josie to walk out. Josie had saidsomething about her mom taking them to the zoo, or something like that.
It was obvious was a child at heart, taking every chance shd got to embrace it.
Athought rushed into Is's head, literately taking away her breath. What if... What if Josie had already left... What if she had no antention of coming back for Is. Her breath began to hitch, her body becomingweak. A hushed, squeaking sound escaped her lips from deepinside her lungs.
The feeling of rejaction had become so horrifying to her, she expected betrayal from almost everyone.
Atap on her shoulder made her jump, her body quickly facing the person who was responsible. There stood smiling Josie.
"Hey Is!"She said in a perky tone, her smile bright and calming.
Is's heart began to slow down in her chest, "H-- hi, Josie." Her pale face beginning to regain it's color.
Josie narrowedher eyes, "Are... Are you okay? You don't even look like you just saw a ghost, you look LIKEa ghost." She spoke in concern.
Is shook her head, "No, it's nothing, really."
Josie gave her one last, sceptical look, then let it be.
The two girls went to Josie's mother's car as she pulled up. The car was a black Charger, due to the fact she didn't need a big van because of their one child.
Josie refused her mother's offer to let her sit in the front but instead sat in the front with Is, as any goodfriendwould.
Josie shook her headaround at random time, making ponytail loose.
"What are you doing?"Is asked, her voice as quiet as usual.
Josie shrugged, "Entertaining myself."
Is had a quiet and meek voice. She'dover dousedon pills once, when her mother fully invaded her head. The stomach pump hit her voicebox on it's way up, making it quiet.
Josie jumped in excitement as their friend Creed got into the car.
"Have a seat Creed." Josie's mother kindly said, giving a gesture for him to set in the car.
Creed had a look of awe on his face as he sat in the car, probably from the incredible beauty of the women.
"Holy crap Josie. Youdidn't tellme your mom was hot." He said.
