Night Terrors

Adrien POV:

  I really like her, her personality at least. She's cute and friendly, but shy and bold at the same time. I wake up to a scream, "Marinette!" I bolt up and rush over, "are you ok?" She looks around scared, "It's ok, it's me Adrien" she inhales and breathes out heavily.

  I can feel her body shaking as I rest my hands in her shoulders, "it was just a dream" she sighs relived . I bite my lip what could she have been dreaming about. She pulls me into a hug.

  I exhale and hug her back, "it's ok, your safe don't worry." she exhales.

  She slowly pulls away, "Thank you Adrien, sorry to wake you." she shuffled back into place and I start heading back to the couch, "Wait." she sits back up, "could you maybe stay here with me tonight?" I turn around and walk over to her. I climb into bed and she relaxes her mussels, she'll be fine she just needs a little help getting used to my world.

  I wake up to find Marinette curled up in a ball her back pressing against my chest. I'm glad she finally got to sleep last night, "Mari." I whisper she mumbled something, "Mari." I rub her shoulder.

She mumbles again, "mmm yeah." I can't help but smile, "five more minutes."

I brush a strand of hair behind her ear, "Mari wake up it's me, Adrien." She sits up, "I'm glad you got some sleep." she looks at me worried, "What is it?" now I'm worried. She sits up and scoots off the bed and walks to the bathroom.

I walk up to the closed door, "spots off." she mumbled, a pink glow surrounded her and the little red bug flew out as her legs were replaced by a tail, "Tikki what was the dream about why was I so worried?"

"It's because you like him." I stepped away from the door. She likes me? What was her dream about, "You should talk to him about it." I see her nod.

"Spots on!" her tail changes into legs again and is replaced with new clothes. I step away from the door, "Hey um Adrien.." she makes it sound as if it's a question. I look at her and smile she inhales and sighs, "I-I think I like you, like um have feelings sorry if that's weird since I'm a fish."

I smile to myself it's cute when she rambles, "you're just as much human as you are fish." she smiles and steps closer to me, "Don't worry I like you too." it slips out before I can process what I just said.

A smile tugs at her lips, "Anyway I'm sorry again to have woke you last night." I shake my head and smile, "it's just I had a bad dream and I thought it was real and-"

I put my hands in her shoulders, "do you wanna talk about it?" I ask she nods her head and we sit down on the bed.
