Long ago, there were 2 tribes who ruled over the Earth, Humans, and monsters. Humans, having high morale, but low advances on technology were appalled, struck in awe from the monsters who could perform magic with the elements of the earth - Including fire magic, Ice magic, Earth Magic, water Magic, and much more. The Humans full of determination picked up on these feats, Being able to perform and use magic themselves in the exchange of Hospitality and shelter to the monster population. The origin of the monsters were unknown, but a passed folklore to explain how they got to the world and settled upon it was by riding gigantic meteors that struck the earth. The monsters, filled with delight and glee co-existing with the humans didn't know of what was plotted against them, as the humans became increasingly powerful in the forces of magic and their own tactics, these tactics being physical force and hardened bodies that could take substantial amounts of damage, yet still have the capacity to fight. A sudden war broke out between humans and monsters, the humans being unquestionably victorious. The monsters, Much of their morale battered, killed, destroyed, used, were cast away, out of the earth by an atmospheric magical barrier. The monsters fleeing the earth, using their levitation magic to fly away from the earth suffered a further beating in their population, as the barrier blocks an unbelievable amount of monsters from fleeing the humans, leading to a mass genocide amongst monsters all over the earth. The last of their kind created a teleportation portal in the deepest places of the underground, escaping, and regrouping with the others in the ever so distant moon. The king of the monsters, his heart hardened, has sworn to defeat any human that comes across his new kingdom in the moon, and collect 7 souls of different types, from the humans, to become a God and act out his plan of revenge. He already has 6 souls, sitting by his side on the throne room, collected from 6 fallen humans, who found themselves in the wrong place in the wrong time, transported to the monster kingdom and  killed without hesitation by the king and the inhabitants that roam the moon.

Then, Thousands of years passed, not a single human appearing in this Revenge fueled kingdom until one day...

It was a horrible day, this one. My life has come to shambles, and its all because of this Hell we call school. I've just about had it with this family, with this life, I just want to escape and die a peaceful death. My name is Cres, I'm a boy, people insist on calling me Crescent, or moon. Because of these Legends and Folklore about these "evil monsters" living in the moon, I was and am looked down upon from not only my friends and school, but by my family who gave me this very name just to make me suffer. I've run away from home, and even in my run away from the city and into the forest, the people around me who saw me alone and away from home criticized me, for running away from my parents, my life. "Why are you so stupid? To run away from your parents, to think of committing suicide like this? Maybe you were a mistake, and you really do deserve death. You monster." I can't believe a stranger, who was once worried for me being alone in the dark, drenched in rain told me this after i told him my name and my young but common age, 13 years old. I had nothing to live for, and all i wanted was to die in a hole. I never knew that the day would come, where i had the guts to literally run away from home and into a cave, that actually HAD a giant hole. I thought it would have been nice before to get eaten and ripped apart by the animals that roam the forest, but i unfortunately wasn't caught. So here I am, standing in front of an abyss-like cave, with a seemingly endless drop. I thought this was the perfect, and most painless way to escape my life, escape everything and so without hesitation, I dropped down the hole, eyes closed, arms tucked to my chest, falling into my end. But little did I know, where i was really going...

With a severe headache, nausea-like symptoms but no broken bones, I look around myself, a dark haze surrounding my vision. "am I... Dead..?" I murmured, not sure what to make of the situation. I lied there, throbbing, twitching, moaning in pain from the headache i have, until all of the sudden, my illness ceased. Still confused, annoyed, I get up and take a better look at my surroundings. From the looks of it, I seem to be in a grey, old and shattered ruins with Black... Uhh... Vines? I don't know. Whatever it is, it runs across the ruins and it's structure, seeming to corrode or hold together the grey and dusty bricks around it. I look at the floor, and around me seems to be a rocky yet flattened surface of grey rock and blackened... Plants..? I don't know what it is, but it resembles plants, embedded in the rocky flat surface. In my curiosity, i feel around the black plant-like things which reveal to me that it is indeed soft, and much resembling of a plant. "Black grass it is, then..." I say, out loud to remind myself. In front of me, Lies what seems to be a black flower, facing a grey gate of dusty bricks filled with black vine-like substances infested upon it. The flower all of the sudden MOVES, submerging from the ground and reappearing close to me before I can even take a good look at it. My surroundings, my vision, all of the sudden is filled to the brim with black, all that remains in my vision, the flower, and the grey bricked walls. The entrance disappeared, and before i could say a word, the FLOWER TALKED!
