Naruto is neglected by his parent for he didn't have any of the nine tails in him, it was sealed into his 2 younger siblings
One night, naruto can into the kazekage, and the mage wishes to adopt naruto
That night, which hall bed to be naruto and his siblings 6 birthday, he was disowned and his siblings became heirs of the clans
The kazekage adopts naruto, and take him to the sand village,
But when in the village, naruto was drawn to an old shrine, and where he finds a giant library,
The kage has no idea of the shrine, but seen it with naruto, and could see the shrine chose naruto to learn it's knowledge
They shrine granted naruto the power to use all magic, summon demons, talk to spirits and ect
