"Woman are like fine wine they are tasty until you drink them but the moment you drink them they dull your senses and before you know you are drunk on them and then there is no escape from it." My grandma said as she took a sip of her wine.

She was a woman of royal origin, born in a high-class family of royalties, the origins are not quite crystal clear but someone in their family history was married to someone from a royal background, it was way back in the 19 century but every now and then all the family member like to flaunt that fact as if they still talk to the queen of England on a daily basis not that my family is any less than the royals but in America.

"I so wish Grandma Egnes didn't hear that because if she did then you are very much in trouble Grandma Ruth," Uncle ben spoke still in his pristine British accent which was still very funny considering now he lives with his wife in home sweet Alabama which is a far cry from Britain as possible.

"Psshh, who is scared of that old bat? You know I am the man of this relationship, right." Grandma Ruth said as she gulps down one whole class of her martini while being wrapped around by her faux Hollywood shawl.

"Can someone tell this old woman that the last time I check we both where a woman and there was no man in this relationship, sweetheart." Grandma Egnes said to Uncle Ben as she came out of the house and into the backward.

"I am just kidding honey, we all know who is in charge of this relationship, don't we Ben," She nudge Uncle Ben with her leg and give him a pointy look.

Grandma Egnes walk up to her, she bent down and gave her a kiss on the lips, Grandma Ruth place her glass of wine on the mini table and as she was about to pull Grandma Egnes on her lap, Grandma Egnes shoves her and went to sit near me.

"That we do." Grandma Egnes said as she smiles devilishly at Ruth.

"That woman will give me a heart attack one day," Grandma Ruth said.

"What did you said, honey?"

"You are the same old tease that you were in our younger days,"

"Whom you are calling old? I am still young and can even give Marnie a run for her money," Grandma Egnes said as she playfully shoves me and started ruffling my shoulder-length brown hair, I hated it but I couldn't hurt her feelings, could I now.

"Well, that's not what you said yesterday night," Grandma Ruth deadpan.

Grandma Egnes turn beetroot red and started coughing loudly, I had an inkling of what they were talking about but I would get in trouble if I act like I understood what they were referring too.

Grandma Egnes angrily pointed at me to Grandma Ruth and started admonishing her.

"What, I am sure nowadays they teach about all that stuff in school." Grandma Ruth said defiantly.

"Okay everyone, morning relaxation period is over because of someone not naming name so why not we head out to dining room and have our breakfast, who is with me,"

All my cousin's hand shot up in the air and so I also had to raise my hands in the air too but I knew deep in my heart I would love to sit here and hear there banter some more. God only knows how rare it is for me to see two people in love who are not afraid to show their love to each other instead of constantly fighting with each other in misunderstanding.

Grandma Egnes took hold of my hand and we both led each other to the dining room, all the other cousin simply just ran ahead of us as we both came slowly behind them leaning against each other.

Grandma Ruth walk with a royal swag behind everyone to the dining hall, I never understood how a down to earth ordinary person like Grandma Egnes can fall for a snobbery Hollywood celebrity like Grandma Ruth, don't get more wrong both of them are the nicest person on earth but both of them are as different from each other as they come with varied interest, one likes the glam limelight while other prefers to spend her time with orphan kid or curl up reading a Crime thriller Novel.
