10 Years ago...
"Daddy!Try to catch me!"I was running away from my father in my huge garden
"You can't run away from me"My dad replied after he tried to chase me down
Suddenly I felt two hands on me one under my ankle and one under my neck as I was lifted in the air
"I caught you sweetheart!"My father replied as he twirled me and kissed my forehead.
"Daddy put me down!!"I shrieked
"Nope you are my little princess!"He laughed
"But...I am not little!!!I am an adult...I am 8 years old!"I pouted
as I was placed on the ground I could hear my mother laughing from afar as she was Barbecuing
"Honey, she is an adult!She is 8 years old."My mother made fun of me
"MOMMMYYYYYYYYYY..... it's not funny!"I puffed air out of my nose
my dad was laughing at both of us then signaled me to follow him
and as a curious girl I followed him ...
we went to the other side of the backyard and then he said:
"Sweetheart you know how much I love you my little princess..."
then he paused ,took in a deep breath and continued:
"I want to give this to you as a memory of both of us to have next to your heart... You know that you mean the world to me right honey?"
"Yes I know that daddy and I love you sooooooooooo much"I giggled

"Awww it looks so prettyyyy!!!"I said with my eyes wide looking at the locket in awe with it's beauty.
"It's all yours my princess" Daddy genuinely smiled

Monday morning...
Everything was normal ...
"Darling... get down here!"Mom called me downstairs in a worried manner
"Mom I am preparing myself! Is there something important?I am quite busy." I replied
"Guess who died?"My mom tried to ease the information
