In the clearing Bill Cipher was floating in a chair above the ground looking down at the three, as if he had expected them. Behind him the dwarves were holding Mabel and their friends hostage. They all had blue chains around their wrists and feet.
The blue chains were glowing and connected to the ground. Dippers eyes were full of rage and also fear. He looked back at Bill who had a human form, the same he had when he had been holding onto Dipper earlier in the forest. His right elbow was on the arm of the chair and his face was leaning on his right palm while his left arm was laid across the arm rest, resting. Bill was smirking at them.
"Pinetree, Sixer, and Stanley. What a pleasant surprise~" Bill cooed. Stan balled his fists.
"How-" Stan began before Bill cut him off.
"How did I come back? That's simple. Pinetree, would you care to explain how I came back?" Bill asked. Dipper looked around and saw everyones eyes on him. He got nervous.
"I-I don't know wh-what he's t-talking a-about." Dipper denied. Bill grinned in fascination and sat up straight.
"Really? You're not gonna explain? Maybe I should then." Bill said. He snapped and an orb appeard beside him. Everyone watched as Dipper grabbed Bill's stoned hand and walked off, the stone peeling and Bill shifting to a human. Everyones eyes fell on Dipper again. Dipper looked away. Bill smirked and snapped as the orb disappeared.
"Thank you Pinetree. I appreciate you bringing me back. Now I can take a hold of Gravity Falls again. And maybe even the world." Bill said and laughed.
"No! I won't let you!" Dipper suddenly yelled, surprising even Bill. But Bill's surprise went to amusement as he grinned. He snapped making chains appear around Stan and Fords wrists and legs. Bill floated off the small throne and stopped on his feet in front of Dipper. Dipper got a good look at Bill from how close he was.

"Dipper, run!" Ford said. Bill glared and snapped so Ford and everyone else disappeared. Dipper panicked.
"Wh-where are th-they?" Dipper asked.
"At the Fearamid Pinetree~ come on, who needs family and friends when you can be all powerful." Bill said and released his henchmaniacs onto the town of Gravity Falls.
"I'll be leaving you to think about what you've done and what you plan to do. Meanwhile, I've got things to do and a world to capture. I'll see you later Pinetree~ try not to die~" Bill cackled and disappeared.
Dipper ran to the Mystery Shack and fell to the floor of it, crying. He was scared and helpless. His family and friends were captured and here he was doing nothing. He couldn't tell the time now that Bill's weirdness was covering Gravity Falls but it felt like a few weeks had passed.
Dipper eventually had enough. He knew what he was going to do and didn't care if he was making a mistake. He needed to help his friends and family instead of just cower away. He stepped out of the safety of the Mystery Shack.
{~Meanwhile, at the Fearamid~}
"Stop please! Leave him alone!" Mabel yelled in tears. For a while Bill had been torturing Ford to try and make Ford give him access to his mind so Bill could spread his weirdness around the world. He also toyed with the others and scared them.
"Pain is hilarious, Shooting Star." Bill laughed. Mabel flinched.
"Come on Sixer! You're making me scare the others~" Bill smirked at Ford. Ford panted from the torture.
"No. I won't." Ford shook his head. Bill waved his finger at Ford as if scolding a child and clicked his tongue before snapping his fingers. Ford was tortured again making the others cry. Mabel yelled and begged for Bill to stop. Bill did and looked at Mabel.
"Shhhh, you guys should be wondering why Pinetree hasn't come to save you. Could it be that he doesn't care about you guys?" Bill said. Mabel shook her head.
"He's probably planning a great attack to kick your ass." Mabel said. Bill chuckled.
"That's what you think. He may have already left Gravity Falls, not wanting to deal with all this. I wouldn't blame him." Bill said. Pyronica entered the throne room.
"Sir, a certain human wishes to speak with you." She said.
"Bring whoever it is in then." Bill said and gave Ford a break. Dipper walked in making Bill grin. Mabel looked over at Dipper.
"Dipper!" She yelled. Dipper sighed looking up at Bill. Bill smirked.
"Pinetree. Honestly didn't think you'd want to come here~" Bill purred.
"Bill, I'm here to make a deal with you." Dipper tried saying confidently.
"No!" Dippers family and friends yelled in unison. Bill ignored them.
"I'm listening~" Bill grinned.
"Let my family and friends go and let them be safe from Weirdmageddon. In return, you can do whatever you want to me." Dipper said.
"Dipper no please!" Mabel yelled. Bill snapped and silenced her while he thought about Dippers offer.
"I don't touch your family and friends and I can do what I wish with you. I'm intrigued Pinetree. Though Fords got something I want." Bill said.
"I may be able to figure out how to take down the barrier." Dipper said. Bill perked up and flew down to stand in front of Dipper. He held a flaming hand out to him.
