When I started this book over a year ago, I had big plans for it.
None of those big plans happened.
That final chapter was originally going to be the second act of the book. It would've been less dramatic. The final fight would've happened later in Radish mansion.
But, as I was writing this book recently, I knew I wouldn't finish it if I tried to write to that point. I already had little motivation to continue writing the book. I still wanted to finish it, but I knew I wouldn't be able to fulfill all the plans I had for it.
So, I ended it where it was. I quickly finished up all the character arcs and made the last chapter as dramatic and action-packed as possible.
Sorry if this book seemed rushed. My excuse: it was rushed.
But I'd rather end the book rushed than not end it at all.
Anyway, that's all I really have to say. Thank you all for reading. And thanks to the five victors for winning my kik comps that were almost two years ago at this point lmao. This book was written as their gift for winning, after all.
