Jason Swan-Alice cullen

Chapter 5

It seemed like years before anyone heard any news about Jason, but when they did they were relieved he was alright, Bella had gotten a letter that was addressed to her and the Cullen's. It mainly said that he was missing them and that he wanted to get home as soon as he could. However what none of them knew was that this letter was about three weeks old and that would make a very big differenc.

Bella's P.O.V
I was at Edwards house when the door bell rang, nobody ever rang the door bell here. But what Bella didn't know was that this person may be a simple friend of her brother but the man that rung the doorbell of her fathers house was a man in full military gear with not so great news.

Esme walked to her door to reveal a man with a solemn expression and a letter in his hand.
"Can I help you" she asked as me and Edward sat in the living room listening with the rest of the Cullens thankfully they were both talking loud enough for me to hear.
"My name is Aaron and it would be best if I came in and talked to you and the rest of your family" he said

The next thing we knew he was stood in front of us as everyone stood with their mates and Alice stood clutching her sisters hand.
"I wish I was bringing good news but I'm afraid I'm not. As if 18:00 hours yesterday evening Major Jason Swan is M.I.A"
"What does that mean" I asked
"It means, that we are not sure where he is, a group of them went out Thursday and haven't return the place they went is deserted. However it's good news, it means he's still alive" he said
"So your saying you've managed to loose my brother and you don't even know if he's still alive he could be dead in a ditch somewhere and nobody is doing anything" I shouted and walked out.

Edwards P.O.V
Everybody let Bella have her time as-well as Alice but graduation was today and nobody seemed to be in the mood for it.

I picked up Bella and her father from their house and drove to the school where we sat waiting for us to graduate.

As Jessica was making a speech my phone rang and I got up and went to the back of the hall
"Hello" I asked
"Edward" his voice said.

Unknown P.O.V
With one leg stitched up, a few broke ribs and a slightly cracked knee, I was home and the only number I remember was Edwards I rang his number and he sank something
"Hello Edward" I said
"Jesus Christ Jason" he asked
"I need your help" I said
"Sure what's wrong" he asked
"I need you to pick me up from the air port and take me to Charlie and then to yours" I said
"I'll get Alice to push back the party and to take Bella to my house and I'll send your dad home"
"Thank you Edward" I said.

After Edward Parked at dads house he said he'd wait to take me to Bella.
The cane I had helped to take the weight off my leg but it still made me limp. I took me a little time to get up the stairs but I made it and knocked on the door.
I heard rustling and then the door being opened but it was billy
"Jesus" he said
"Is he here" I asked him
"Yeah, Charlie" he shouted
"What...." I knew he was gonna day more but he stopped when he saw me and instantly had me in a hug
I hissed in pain
"Sorry" dad whispered.
"Can I talk to you later I need to go and see bells" I said
He nodded and helped me down the stairs and I got back into Edwards car and we took off towards his house.

When we arrived he helped me up the stairs and we stood in the hall looking at his entire family and my little sister. Bella saw me first and froze and then everyone but Alice looked at me, Alice was in planning mode and it takes a lot to get her out of it.
Bella hugged me and then I looked towards Alice and her family smiled. Bella stood next to Edward but was still close to me, I could see that Carlisle was looking over the injuries that he could see and jasper could see that it wasn't just external damage that happened.

"The party starts in an hours and we're not ready, there still food to put out, who's idea was this" she said

"I believe it was your idea, every party always is" I said
She stopped and turned slowly she looked at the cane and then launched herself at me hugging me tightly, her legs around my waist, I had to lean against the wall for support and I clenched my jaw so I wouldn't hiss out in pain.
"Alice" jasper called
"You need to get down Jason is fit enough at the moment to hold you, let him sit down" he said
She jumped down and helped me over to the couch were I sat and sighed in relief.

"What happened" Emmett asked
"Well you know I walked into a tree" I said and then shook my head "a fight with a new born isn't always so good, but I had to do it, I saved a sixteen year old boy, who knew a meet human could take down a vampire, fucking hurt though" I said
"What's wrong" Carlisle asked
"A few broken ribs, a cracked knee that's just healed and stitches in my leg that need to come out in a week think you can help me with that doc" I asked smirking
He smiled and nodded.

"It's good to have you back jase" he said
"It's great to be back, however I would very much like to have a sleep. Took me three plans to get back here" I said and looked at Alice.
"Come lay with me" I asked and she smiled and nodded and took my hand and lead me to a room where we lead down and she tucked her self up to my chest

"You don't have to leave again do you" she whispered
"I'm never leaving you again" I said and kissed her forehead.

For the first time in a while things felt good but we all know how long that can last
