Two Different Worlds (A Fortnite Drift x Brite Bomber Story)

Chapter 2

The squad has arrived to Lonely Lodge, they all got out. Sadly Drift was the only one without a suitcase as he had no clue what the fuck his day would be like.

They all walked in,the front desk worker,Rook had sat up in her seat. "Hey Rex,Cuddles and Bri! Who's the fellow over there?" She said and pointed to Drift. "Oh, hes new. Hes on our road trip now I guess" Rex said. "Ah okay. Im guessing yall want to get a room?"

Bri nodded, Rook began to type into her computer. "Ah shit, well only 2 rooms are available."

Bri gulped knowing she would have to bunk with Drift, a guy she met over 2 hours ago! "I guess that will do, Rex and Cuddles and me and... Drift...."

Drift felt a little sad because of how Bri had said that. They got their rooms key and walked to them. They waved before walking into their room.

Drift felt his heart sink when he saw a single king bed "Hey uh Bri.. its only a single King bed. I see a couch, Ill sleep on that I guess" He spoke. Bri kinda felt bad that she would get a king and he got a couch. "I mean I would feel too bad if you slept on a couch, aslong as you stay on your side of the bed.. we sleep together on the bed.." She said with a sorta strong regret thinking she would get raped or worse.

They agreed, "Time to get changed into our PJ's eh?" Bri said. She noticed that he couldnt as he had nothing to change into, "Oh shit you have nothing, feels bad man." She said, "Its fine" He said. He layed back onto the bed as Bri went to change into her PJ's. He grabbed his cracked Iphone 7 and read his messages, a message from his bestfriend Greg read "Hey uh Drift. Sorry to break it to you over text.. Alex is cheating on you with Jake. Sorry to say this shit over text but nobody can find you anywhere, hope you didn't findout before us and ran off and did some dumb shit. Return soon" Before he could reply Bri came out in hella short Nike running shorts and a supreme top. Drift sorta blushed but hid it. He looked at the old ass clocked and it said *11:12* "Damn its late" He said before putting his phone down and got under the blanket and fell asleep.

Some time during the odd hours of the night he woke up feeling sad because of what Greg had told him, he got out of bed trying not to wake Bri but she woke but hid it probably thinking he was getting up to go take a smoke or some shit. He walked to the big glass windows and stared out with tears slowly coming out. Bri noticed and slowly got up and talked towards him. She wrapped her arms around him and put her face to his back, she smelt his Axe body spray and took a in a big sniff. She finally spoke "Whats wrong Drift?" With a hint of sadness in her voice

Drift couldn't speak, the anger and sadness mixed stopped him from speaking. After a long silence he broke "I come from a different place. I don't know how I ended up here, I was just fucking with the burger and was sucked into some random ass rift. I ended up here, I wish I didnt.." He said, she then asked "Why do you wish you didnt end up here?" Drift spoke "Because, my girlfriend back at Earth cheated on me.. all this is happening while in who knows how fucking far I am!" He shouted. Bri held him closer, she felt a little sad knowing he had a lover far from here, she sorta liked him but they only have known each other for 12 hours so she couldn't even have a chance. He turned around and hugged her, thanking her for letting him speak. They both blushed before going back to bed.
