Everyone had awoke, Cuds (new nickname for Cuddles) looked out the window and saw news crews setting up for the 10 am news. "Shit.." she said Brite questioned, "What?". "Theres news crews out there, probably for you and jumpshot. It went everywhere, people have their ways to find this shit out.." Brite body broke, she didn't know what to do, if they stayed for longer they would be harassed, so they all planned and agreed'd to pack up and check out early, They all changed and packed their crap. They left the room, check out and walked out, sadly they all got screamed at for answers, Brite began to tear up, so Drift held her close so she knew she had comfort. She actually wanted Cuds or Rex but Drift was okay too. A reporter named 'Bunnymoon' went into Brites face with her mic in her face "IS IT TRUE YOU WERE RAPED BY JUMPSHOT LUKESWORTH?" Drift made Brite pick up the pace to the ATK, Cuds took their bags and Rex started the car. Cuds slipped into passenger, Drift helped put Brite into the car, he got in himself and they drove off with 10 reporters chasing after them, they decided to stop for ice cream in Salty. Salty was mostly dead besides the people who lived there. They parked and went in for ice cream. They payed, Drift got Cookies n' Cream, Cuds got strawberry with sprinkles, Rex got mint, and Bri got Vanilla. They finished and left, Rex suggested a final part of their trip to the old motel, it was cheap and was easy to book. Least who would stay there was noobersons wanting cover. They stopped and decided to check-in, it was 20 dollars per night. "1 night please" Rex said and payed. It was just like at the hotel, 2 bedrooms but 1 room. Cuds lead the way to the room, he had her AIRPODS in, listening to who knows what, probably some gay furry shit. They got there, it was a lock, like a houselock. She unlocked the door and it was actually nicer then they thought. They split up into different things, there was a pool so Rex went to relax in it. Cud's slept, there was also pre-stocked cabinets there so Drift was making food for everyone out of everything there, it was Taco Soup. Bri slumped down to the couch to watch the new's, and she saw her self. Not what she wanted to see, her self crying and being harassed for answers. She switched off the T.V and went to see what Drift was doing, he finished the taco soup, Cuds smelt food so she got up, Rex finished swimming because it began to rain. They ate it all, probably due to not eating for hours. It was decently late now and they all went to bed. The road trip had finally ended...
Later the Next Morning
They all awoke and ate toast, they left and checked out, everyone was going home.. besides Drift had no home. Cuds,Rex and Bri all talked about what they would do when they got home. Drift felt sadden knowing he had no one, Bri had offered him a room in her pent house in Tilted Towers. He agree'd knowing he had no where else to go.
Brites POV
Fucking hell.. wish I never gave this idiot a offer because know hes all sad and shit.
"Whats wrong dork" She asked "I wanna go home.." "Pfff your here, theres no possible way to leave once you get here" "Wish I never fucked with that burger" he said before getting up and going outside.
Bri went to her room, and got a call from her creepy ex 'Guild' who cheated on her with Sun Strider, Bri and Sun had the best friend ship, that got crushed because Guild liked Sun more then Brite. Guild was also popular for his family being extremely rich, though the Bomber family. She picked it out for the memes.
"Wassup asshole?"
"Hey Bri.. how you doing"
"Was doing good till you called"
"Hey look.. i'm sorry.. I didn't mean to, you know we all make mistakes, please i'm just sorry. You are a amazing person and I regret doing that.."
Bri muted the call so she could laugh
"Yeah you don't accidentally have sex with someone, then go out with her"
"Yes you can.. I was drunk too I wasn't thinking..."
"Yeah okay, you can enjoy doing anything to fuck anyone"
She hung up. and laid back onto her bed, wishing she wasn't rich nor famous on the island because shes gaining attention from Jumpshot now..
She began to cry...
Drifts POV
He came back in and went inside, he went up the stairs and went past Brites door to hear her crying, he knocked lightly and open'd the door, and went in and shut the door behind him. He stood there watching her, Bri noticed and got up and came und hugged me, probably for comfort.
"What happened Brite?"
"Oh nothing just a stupid ex wanting to get back with me after cheating... and doing something else to me.."
"Oh.. Do you want to tell me about him?"
"Uhm.. sure.."
2 hours later
"And yeah he was a big asshole to everyone because his family is rich, he got spoiled as a child and in early teens with whatever his bitch ass wanted. He just expects everyone to bend over backwards and get with him, I was stupid enough to do so. Which I deeply regret doing so."
"Oh Brite your not the stupid one, however he is. What did he do for people to bend over backwards for him?"
"Act all flirty and nice to the, then when they get together basically find a side girl, then the side girl becomes the main girl he see's and that the cycle repeats, I should of listened to my friends when they warned me about him, I thought they were jealous of me, I guess I see why they did.."
"So bribed them sorta?"
"Yeah, used his money saying he could buy them whatever"
"Sucks.."
"Yeah so because of him and Jumpshot probably wont get into another serious relationship till I feel ready and that I can find someone trust able. Told my family and they agree."
"Oh.."
Drift felt sad by what Bri said and left to go to his room to do whatever...
