The car ride to the apartment was silent.
Other than my uncle, aunt, and Seungyoun's parents who beamed with laughter.
"Seungyoun" his father called.
"Yes father" he answered, eyes still focusing on the road.
The old man seemingly sighed, exhausted of his son with no interest whatsoever.
"Your car is parked outside the apartment and your suitcases are there, all that's left is for you two to settle in"
"Alright" he shortly responded.
"Say something to each other will you?" my aunt giving me a hopeless look.
But we don't know much about each other.
What is there to talk about?
"Isn't he gonna say anything?" I quickly glanced to the steering wheel.
"Yes, auntie" I forced a smile before staring outside the window, enjoying the night lights.
As we arrived, the relatives took a short observation of the flat, making sure everything is functioning and decent enough for a two to live in.
"Let me carry that" Seungyoun offered his hand with a tired look on his face.
"I'm good no worries" I continued to look around as he stood still for few seconds before letting out a heavy sigh, taking my backpack, clearly not in the mood for arguments.
"Now, you two" Mrs. Cho sympathetically smiled,"Get along well, okay?"
"We will" we both answered, almost robotically. Something about it seems so sickening.
My uncle turned around, with a worried look.
"I'll be fine" I mouthed. He nodded to himself and hopped in the car.
After the door was firmly shut, Seungyoun finally let it loose and threw himself to the sofa.
He seems tired, he drove for a few hours after all.
"Get some rest, I'll carry your stuff to your room" I spoke, sorting out our suitcases.
He sat up almost immediately, barely having the energy to prop himself,"Are you sure you'll be fine?"
I gave him a reassured nod,"Thanks" he mumbled, ruffling his hair before making his way upstairs.

"I'm beat" I threw myself to the bed, staring up to the ceiling.
