A Love Poem

His lips were a psychotic obsession,

Every touch left me begging for more.

He was my form of transgression.

A sin hidden behind a locked door.

He was the fruit from the forbidden tree.

Without him I wouldn't be.

The smiles, the gazes, the sweet confession,

The promises spoken behind a store.

Hidden away, his love is in my possession,

Not a single second, minute, hour was a bore.

With him there was no reality,

He is my escape, my fantasy.

But he left, leaving me in a state of depression,

Ripping my heart out from the core.

The emotions I now feel, are of sadness and aggression,

Leaving behind a bruise, forever sore.

I can't go without him, he's my escasty,

Don't go Romeo, wait for me.
