"So...,are you,uh going to football(soccer) tonight?Katie questions , Trying to sound polite, but with a touch of impatience to balance out her tone of voice out evenly.
" uh...can I go to football(soccer)club tonight mum?Jess asks excitedly.
"Yes, of course", replies Jess's mum reassuringly.
" I didn't think it was on tonight?Jess speaks in a confused /questioning tone.I thought it got cancelled because of how dark it was getting at 6:30."
"Well ,I'm pretty sure its on,because apparently they installed new floodlights which light up the football(soccer) pitch,which means it's light enough for us to practise on.
So..You're definitely sure its on?"
" I'm sure.100%positive.BTW, is Nina coming?"
"Yeah,I think so.
"okay,good!"
"I'll meet you along with Nina at you house the usual time,6:00?"
"Yeah,okay sure"
"Bye" Katie says in an awkward tone.
"Bye",Jess responds,but In a normal tone.
After Jess hangs up the phone , there is a huge frantic rush to find the football(soccer)kit that hadn't been used for a while due to the cancellation of football(soccer) club,which was due to darkness in the weather .
After a while of frantically searching for their football kit,it was finally found and shoved on by both Jess and Nina-( who is Jess's 3-minute apart older twin sister.)
Jess and Nina were twins, but they didn't really look much alike(for twins),but they looked to much a like to be sisters.They like similar things, but Nina found it much easier making friends.Since Nina got into a grammar secondary school(high school) you to take a test for and Jess didn't, they both now go to different schools.
At first, Jess struggled to make friends,but finally found some that she really liked and got along with Well.
"By mum,love you,the twins(Jess+Nina) chorused as said their goodbyes and raced out of the house as they were already 10 minuted late for meeting their friend Katie.)
