He almost died. Jin couldn't stop thinking about it. The hospital had fought through the night to keep Yoongi alive. He very nearly killed himself. The eldest boy had found the note Yoongi had written to them, the crazed rambling of how much happier he would be in his next life, and the hopes he had for it. He seemed like he had lost his mind in grief and trauma, feeling overwhelmed in pain. The pure emotion flowing from the letter was enough to send tears cascading down Jin's face.

"He'll be ok," Namjoon offered as he pulled Jin off of the bathroom floor and helped him into clean, non-stained clothes, trying to convince himself that as much as he was trying to Jin. Yoongi was going to get a mental evaluation, and if he was considered a danger to himself or those around him, he might get sent to a mental facility. The idea of his little kitten being taken from him, brought to another facility where he might not understand they were trying to help him. He might lash out, hurt someone. It wouldn't help him.

Days passed no changes in Yoongi's health state. He had been put in a medically induced coma as they worked to replenish the blood and mend the tendon he had ripped open with the razor. It was worse in his right hand than his left, and the doctors weren't sure if he would have very much control or strength in that hand anymore.

A week from the attempted suicide, they let Yoongi wake up. Jin and Namjoon were in the room, pressed to each other's sides as they waited in anticipation.

Bleary orange eyes blinked open, pupils expanding and contracting to get used to the light. Yoongi groaned, turning his head and scanning the room.

"What...happened?" He asked.

"Mr. Min, you attempted to commit suicide by slitting your wrists before you were found and an ambulance was called," The nurse told him. Yoongi's eyes widened and he looked to Jin and Namjoon, both of which had tear lined eyes.

"I-I did?" He asked fearfully, "Am I in trouble? Will you send me away?" He felt tears in his eyes.

"That depends on the results of a mental examination, we can do that at any point during your stay, but it will have to be done before you leave." She said. The tears bubbled over and slid down his cheeks.

"Please don't take me away, please I'll be good, I won't do it ever again, please don't take me away!" He pleaded, earning a surprised look from the nurse.

"Sir, that depends on the-"

"I promise! I promise I'll never do it again! I'll be happy, I'll be good! You don't have to take me away from them!" He was hysterical at this point, hyperventilating and shoving himself away from the doctor and nurse.

The doctor stepped forward, but Yoongi cried out with a string of "I'm Sorry! I'm sorry! Don't take me away!"

Jin pushed past the doctor despite him trying to stop him and sat on the edge, holding his arms open. Yoongi tossed himself into the hug, clinging to Jin for dear life.

"Don't let them take me away." He whispered.

"I won't don't worry." Jin murmured to him. He held the boy until his breathing slowed and his trembling stopped.

"I'm sorry I did such a bad thing, there's something wrong with me..." Yoongi whispered. Jin just held him, afraid to make a bad situation worse.

Turns out, the hospital could not send Yoongi to the mental hospital without the permission of his owner because he was a hybrid. Jin was his registered owner, and of course, he denied the recommendation to send Yoongi away. Instead, he set up meetings with a phycologist to help determine the best course of action that didn't involve Yoongi being taken away.

"Am I bad? Am I gonna have to get locked up?" Yoongi asked one night, making the silverware Jin was putting away clatter to the ground.

"Honey, why would we do that?" He asked, rushing to the cat hybrid, who's ears were tucked back in shame.

"I hurt myself." Yoongi curled in on himself. "That's what they said happened to bad hybrids, that's why we were locked up."

"No no no, Honey, you aren't bad, you are just having a bit of trouble getting better," Jin said, hugging him gently.

"Th-then why-" Yoongi cut himself off with a small sniff as tears leaked down his cheeks. "Why doesn't anyone love me?"

"Honey, I love you, Namjoon loves you, and Jungkook, and Taehyung, and Jimin, and Koni." Jin said, "We all love you."

"No, really love me. Like Hoseok said he did." Yoongi curled into Jin's grasp, eyes downcast and broken.

"But kitten, I do love you like that. And so does Namjoon." Yoongi looked up.

"Wh-wha-mph!" The hybrid was cut off by a pair of lips crashing against his, passionate and plush as if they were trying to convince him of something. Jin's arms tightened around him, holding him securely.

Eventually, Jin pulled away. They were both out of breath, and Yoongi's eyes were wide and wild.

"B-but, Namjoon-"

"He feels the same way, we've talked about it and decided it would be best to wait to tell you, but it seems that right now, you really need some love." Jin brushed a lock of white hair from Yoongi's face, smiling sadly as Yoongi tried to process what he had said.

"It isn't...cheating?" He asked.

"No, not if we both agreed to it, and are happy with it," Jin said.

"Does that mean...I have two...?"

"We can talk about it at dinner, but if you wanted to join our relationship, we would be happy to welcome you." Jin stood back up, helping Yoongi as well. Yoongi was still confused, he didn't know stuff like that existed. Or was allowed. He could have two boyfriends?

He sat on his bed for a while, mulling over the thought of having two boyfriends. It was a strange thought, but it was comforting, in a way. Two people to love, two people to hug, two people to kiss. And Namjoon was so big and strong and gentle, and Jin was always there, at any time, and he was so pretty and nice and cooked so well. Yoongi turned red at the thought of having both of them all to himself. But...if it was possible to have two boyfriends, was it possible to have three? Or four or five or thirty? What if they got so many boyfriends that Yoongi was left behind?

No, they were so caring. Even if they did have thirty other boyfriends, Yoongi would still always be by their side. He was sure that they would take care of him, and make him happy. And he would try to be good. He'd be so good, and they wouldn't leave him.

"Yoongi?" Namjoon peeked into his room, "Time for dinner." He noticed how Yoongi was sitting on the bed, staring at the wall as he thought. Namjoon sighed and sat on the bed, pulling Yoongi into his arms and startling the boy from his thoughts.

"Namjoon?"

"You were drifting away into that big mind of yours, stay right here with me." Yoongi nodded, leaning into Namjoon's hug. They sat there while Yoongi winded down from his thinking and eventually, Jin had to come get them both.
