My eyes shot open, being greeted by a pale white ceiling. I sat up and looked around, seeing that I was in a hospital.
A nurse opened my door before her eyes widened, running to the same direction where she had popped up, probably going to tell the doctor I was already awake.
After a few minutes, she came back with a boy and a doctor.
The boy's eyes widened, running up to me and hugging me.
"Ohmygod(y/n)Imissedyousomuch" He rambled before pulling away and smiled.
I, was at a loss for words, I couldn't remember anything. I only knew the alphabet, and my name, thanks to what he said.
I looked down, feeling sorry for the boy. "I-i'm sorry... who are you?"
「timeskip to a few days later」
After that little moment when I said I couldn't remember everything, the boy left the room, dismayed.
Apparently, he was (c/n), my boyfriend, and I'm here after a car crash.
Since then, (c/n) hasn't been visiting me, until today.
I heard a knock on the door. I stood up and opened it, revealing the boy I met a few days ago.
"Uhh, (c/n)! I--"
Before I could continue, he hugged me tightly before pulling away and held me by the shoulders.
"Look, (y/n). Before that car crash, I promised you that I'd love you until the very end, and I'm gonna do anything in order to keep that promise. So... if you don't mind... let's start over again."
