I wake up to Mettaton shaking me. I see Napstablook floating next to him. "Huh?" I ask. Mettaton smiles sweetly and says "The barrier's open, darling~, pack your bags!"

My eyes widen and I quickly grab my backpack full of stuff. I grab his arm. "What're we waiting for, let's go!" I then drag him to the barrier.

I'm flooded with memories and I grab onto Mettaton's arm. "Mettaton, my name's Y/N and my father's on the hospital! I remember!" He looks at me with a smile. "That's great, darling~! We should visit him, don't you think?"

"Do you actually wanna come?" He nods his head. I then grin and we run to the city and into the hospital, all the way to my dad's room.

We explain everything to him, including our relationship. "Where's mama?" I ask. He sighs and looks to the side. "What? What is it?" I ask concernedly.

"Your mom..." his voice breaks and his eyes well up with tears. Uh oh, this isn't good. "She's gone, Y/N. Heart problem a few days ago."

"N-no..." I say. "No! You're joking!" Mettaton wraps his arms around me, and I sob into his shirt. "It's okay," he whispers, along with sweet nothings.

We then go to the Ebott Graveyard and go to my mother's gravestone. "M/N
L/N, an amazing woman, wife, and mother," I read sadly with a sad smile, tears still rolling down my cheek.

Mettaton places some white roses we got on it, and I say "I wish you were here, mom." Mettaton hugs me tightly, and I hug back. "I don't ever wanna let go," I whimper.

He kisses the top of my head. "It's going to be okay, darling, it's going to be okay," he says comfortingly and softly.

"Everything's going to be okay."
