It was a warm summers evening and you decided to go the the beach with Namjoon your boyfriend. Your parents didn't know about him, but they were better off not knowing. They would probably hit you if they found out.

Ever since you were little your parents had been horrible to you. They never let you do nice things, never took you on holiday with them, never celebrated your birthday and much more. Since you got older they started to hit you.

So you had told your parents that you and your girlfriends were all going to the beach together. You didn't want to lie to them, but if you had to, you would.

It was warm and peaceful with Namjoon. He made you laugh, and you both had really deep conversations.

After many hours down the beach, you brought out your phone to take a selfie of you and Namjoon. But as you opened it you saw many missed calls and texts from your parents.

This is bad you thought. But there was no fixing anything now. You were in for it when you got home.

You still took a selfie with Namjoon and tried not to think about the possible outcomes of when you got home.

Suddenly you heard someone calling your voice. They sounded very familiar, and very angry.

"KIM Y/N HOW DARE YOU LIE TO US AND STAY OUT WAY PAST WHAT WE AGREED" your mother yelled out, causing some people to stare. Namjoon just looked at your parents, then at you.

Your dad piped up "AND WHERE ARE YOUR FRIENDS HUH? YOU ARE WITH A BOY INSTEAD. YOU ARE IN FOR IT!"

Tears began to run down your face. You were holding onto Namjoon's hand while shaking violently. You were worried of what they will do to you.

Your dad then marched over and slapped you in front of everyone. He slapped you again and again. You could do nothing but sit there and endure your father's torture.

But suddenly it stopped. You also didn't feel the warmth of Namjoon's hand on yours. Looking up you saw Namjoon facing your parents, anger written all over his face.

"How dare you hit my gf/bf like that!? She's/hes's your own child and you treat them like that?! Disgusting. That's what you are. I don't think you deserve such a precious and beautiful human like Y/N so from now on their living with me" Namjoon said filled with rage.

Your parents stared back in shock. They had never been spoken to in this way and were surprised that someone actually cared for you.

Your mother walked up to you and said "your stuff will be by the front door". She seemed to have a hint of sadness in her eyes, but you felt no pity. You were glad to get out of there.

When they walked off, you gave Namjoon the biggest kiss ever and told him that he was your everything 🥰

You had always wanted Jin to come over. You had a nice house and you had been over his heaps of times. But the only thing stopping you was your dad. He hated it when people came over and when you disobey him.

He had been abusing you for the past 5 years and you never told anyone about it. Your mum had died a year ago and she never suspected a thing. You wish you had told her sooner so you could have gotten away from your dad, but time was not on your side.

One day your dad told you he was going to the pub and wouldn't be back for ages. He hit you on the way out and called you a stupid brat.

As soon as he left you invited Jin over. Nerves swarmed you but you knew your dad would be out for ages so it didn't matter.
