The Corrupt Sun (Wings Of Fire Fanfic)

Chapter 2

After school was over, (because i'm lazy don't judge ;-;) they though of ideas to do. "lets go down to the craters maybe and find some shards," Space suggested. "yeah, but their will probably be lots of dragoons their," Comet said back with a bored face. Then Galaxyshifter got an idea. "Lets go up to the mountains. I heard there's supposed to be a meteor shower tonight. Maybe we can get lucky and one will land near us so we can check it out." "Sounds good to me," Infinity said. The others nodded in agreement.

When it stated to become dusk they headed out to the mountains to see the meteors. As they started coming down, Comet notices a meteor that looked nothing at all like a meteor. "Guys look. That meteor look really weird." The others turned to see what he was pointing at and saw it.

Space said," It looks like a dragon curled up just falling out of the sky and extremely dangerous speeds." Just then the dragon like meteor shifted courses and was aiming close enough to them to possibly hurt them. "Quick get behind the rocks!" Galaxyshifter yelled. They jumped behind the rocks just as they heard a massive BOOM right next to them. After a couple minutes of waiting, Infinity decided to see what it was.

He peeked over the rock and saw a golden dragon with light orange wings and yellow membrane.He turned to his friends and said, "it doesn't look like any dragon I've ever seen before."The others slowly left from behind the rocks to see what the dragon was.

"Wow, it looks like nothing I've ever seen before," Space said. Comet looked at the dragon for a moment longer then said," i think i know what tribe this dragon comes from. I heard old legends speaking of dragons like them.Their call Sun Wings i think. It said they usually appear as either good luck... or death."

Authors note: Yes I know these are short but do be mindful i'm just some random 7th grader who decided to type something dumb on the internet for people to read. As time goes on of course, i will be better at making these stories better for sure. Ill try to update minimum 3 times a week if i can. I just came up with this idea so i ran with it i hope you guys are enjoying it so far cya.
