The Corrupt Sun (Wings Of Fire Fanfic)

Chapter One

Author's Note: First, this is a AU  timeline to the original series.Second, I know infinity sounds like a GIRL name but IDC imma put him as a boi UvU. Also this is my first book so sorry if it isnt that good, other than that, enjoy :D

Galaxyshifter was bored laying down at her house. She was going to have to go to the New academy that still didn't have a name for some reason so everyone just called it "The Academy".

Galaxyshifter lived on the planet Deutor (De-t-or). She was a Galaxy Wing. She had  a mix of purple and blue scales and then a black underbelly. Her wings were black with purple strikes through them that looked like lightning. She has a long narrow tail and was able to breathe fire.

Just then as she was about to die of boredom, someone knocked on the door. She jumped up and went to answer it eagerly. Turns out if was her good friend Infinity. He was a Galaxy wing also. He had deep rich purple scales with Black scales that almost looked like black diamonds. he has a somewhat velvet underbelly.his wings were royal blue with a white dot on each which looked like a sun. He was a weird and goofy dragons and was also attending the Academy with Galaxyshifter. He was accompanied by comet and space.

 Comet was a Meteor wing while space was also a galaxy wing. Comet was red with blue on his tail almost like a contrail of fire. he had brown wings and underbelly. 

Space was almost fully Deep blue except for her underbelly which was a regular blue.

All of them were going to the Academy which was gonna be probably one of the only good things that will come out of it. The academy was in the crater land,which had plenty of space,food, and water for dragonets.

"Wanna head done to the lakes and hang out?" Infinity asked. "Yeah sure ill meet you guys down there." GalaxyShifter said. She closed the door and went to grab a small couch. In it contained a couple of  gems and rocks. She and her friends usually collected gems down at the lake. She left the house and started flying to the lake at fast speeds.

By the time she got there, it was dusk and it was starting to become dark. She landed with a big thump. "Hey Galaxyshifter," Space said. "You guys found any cool gems yet," GalaxyShifter asked. Comet raised up a weird looking gem and said "I've never seen anything like it." The gem was a deep golden color with swirls of purple and was slightly cracked.

"We think its a new variety, which is weird because we thought we discovered all of them," Infinity said. The group didn't worry about it for the rest of the night. They slept at the lake (cause i lazy ;-;).

In the morning Infinity woke up first, then realized...

"GUYS WAKE UP WE NEED TO GET TO SCHOOL" He yelled. Everyone was startled by his action but realized he was right. They packed there things quickly and flew as fast as they could to the Academy. When they got their, all of them were completely out of breath. They were greeted by a dragon named Stargazer.She told them where their dorms were and then they figured a crucial thing out.

Apparently school didn't start in two more hours.

"Hehehe," infinity laughed nervously scratching his back. The others just growled at him.
