Comeback

She took her little steps towards her father
Without knowing that he would stay farther
Far away, across the deepest oceans
Erasing all those painted memories alone

Twelve years had passed
She took the asymptotic path
Endured all the pain of being apart
That's why she grew with a lion's heart

"I will comeback" the father promised
She waited until she finally realized
I am her whose father is still out there so far
At the end, he turned out as a liar
