Downfall of Ares

a wornout armor covered his bare skin
running away became his total skim
an unafraid and reckless friend
but now he's facing a dead end

he stood for a while
realized that everything makes him tire
an another day ended so bizzare
he's too tired to rekindle the fire

hidden endless crevasses are ahead
he's too full to be fed
positiveness meant to be digested
chances were already wasted

luck left him alone
hills led the way deep down
the depth made him drown
i guess fate was already drawn
