A Werewolf's Hidden Life

Chapter Three

Once I calmed down I inhaled then exhaled. I looked at the time, it was almost 9 at night. I knew I had to get ready to go soon, but hey, at least I got the day off from school the next day cause I'd be hunting all night long. I looked up seeing Alex's girlfriend at the door with a small smile on her face. She knew what was up with me and my brother cause she was also a werewolf, thats the only reason he picked her cause if we where to date humans- lets just say they would be dead the next time we had to eat. Plus with being half wolf we know who's human and who isn't. I know none of my friends are werewolf but i still hangout with them cause they've been by my side for years and it would suck to lose them. "C'mon Emily. I need to hunt as well so I'll be dinning with you tonight." Kat smiled and I chuckled "Alright lets go then." It was dark enough outside already so me and Kat both got undressed outside on the back pourch. We lived in the woodland area so we didn't have neighbors around us, which allows us to change, and thankfully my brothers roommate wasn't home or I would've ran into the house and killed him- honestly I would. I looked at Kat and smiled, she smiled back then soon our skin started to steam and our bones began to crack and morph. We both groaned and let out a couple of soft screams as we fell to the wood, our body's still continuing to morph into our wolf forms. After all of the melting felt, cracking bones and screams we where in our wolf forms. We quickly ate our melted flesh- I know, its gross but we had to in order to morph back. Once we- ate ourselves I growled and sprinted off, Kat was caught up with me in a few seconds. We snapped our teeth a couple times at each other but it was in a playful way. I stopped, quickly getting a wiff of something- deer. I growled then followed the scent, slightly running and trotting just to make sure I didn't lose the scent. After following the scent I found the deer, laying down on the ground. It was trapped in a bear trap. I whined but Kat nipped my neck. I growled at her then walked up to the buck and bit its neck and held my teeth there until it stopped moving, I knew it was dead now. I looked at Kat with my icey blue eyes then began to eat.

After eating the deer we growled at one another before we basically attacked eachother. It was just a playful attack though, she'd never hurt me and I'd never hurt her. Once we fucked around for a bit I shoved her off of me and got up. We growled a couple times as we trotted back to the house. It was around 4am by now and the sun was starting to rise. Once we where close to the house we started to morph back to our human bodys, and yes it does hurt a little when we morph, but its not super painful thankfully. Once we changed back into our human forms I popped my back and walked inside quietly, seeing my brother in the kitchen- making something sweet. I sighed then cleared my throat "Keep facing that way" I mumbled as I ran to my room, though I saw Kat come up Behind Alex and hug him. I just rolled my eyes and gagged as I shut my door then climbed into bed and went to sleep.

I woke up the next morning to loud bang and some yelling. My body quickly jolted me awake and I looked around my room before sliding on some clothes and heading out to the living room. I looked around, watching stuff flying through the air. "Get your shit and get the fuck out Michael!!" Alex screamed as he stood infront of Kat, protecting her from Michael I'm guessing. Michael glanced over at me with a small smirk before walking over to me and grabbing my throat. "C'mon man, I'm sure you won't mind me getting some from your sister. After all, it'd be nice to take her virginity.." I growled low as my eyes turned black and my hand grabbed Michael's wrist, pushing it backwards so it was on the verge of snapping. "You fucking touch me again, I'll make sure to rip your tiny dick off and sew to your forehead and watch as everyone call you dickhead." I growled again before turning around and body slamming him onto the ground then stepping on his neck. "Get the fuck out of our house.." I mumbled quietly before twisting his arm and letting go. I quietly walked over to Kat and hugged her, watching as Alex shoved Michael out of the house. "He's not gonna bother us anymore, I promise you both.." Alex mumbled and I just nodded, I was too tired and stressed to speak at the time.

Later on that day I was in my room, cleaning up a bit before Kat came in my room and watched me awkwardly before speaking. "Hey- thanks for this morning.." she spoke softly and I nodded, putting some food wrappers into my trashcan that was beside my bed. Once I finished I looked at Kat and sighed before going up to her and hugging her gently. "Wanna have a girl's day? I can take you to the mall or dinner if you want to." She nodded with a half smile and I chuckled softly as I rubbed her shoulders. "Alright go get dressed, we'll leave in an hour or so."

"Kat c'mon let's go! I don't wanna be late cause you know how long it takes to get into town for Christ sakes!!" I yelled out, putting in some plain earrings and spraying some perfume on. I quietly walked out into the living room, seeing Kat dressed up, which made me smile- and feel awkward because I was a bit too dressed down. "Oh god damnit do I need to change into my dress?" I laughed softly and so did Kat as she nodded "Yes, go put on your green one, it looks best on you." And with her words I groaned, walking to my room and quickly changed into the green dress. The dress was a dark shade of olive and was plain since it was made to go to a wedding or a church gathering, something I despised with a passion. It was long-sleeved and rested just above my knees.

Once I changed my shoes to something that matched I walked back out and grabbed my truck keys. "Let's go let's go!" I chuckled softly, jogging to my truck quickly and got in, starting it up. Once Kat was in I backed up onto the road then drove into town, going to the restaurant we both picked.
