Chapter 6

Destinee's pov

I woke up in the morning with a pad and pencil in my hand and a headache. I got up and went to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth and to take a shower of course. When I got done with all of that I put on a white dress, my heart necklace that my Mom gave me, my black purse, and some black sandals. (Outfit in the beginning thing lol)

I walked downstairs to see Joni here again eating lunch with my Mom. "Morning." I said walking into the kitchen

"Hey sweetie. How'd you sleep?" My Mom asked. "Hi destinee" Joni said also.

"Hey. And I sleep good. I got to write a song last night and I think it's pretty good." I said

"Oh really? That's wonderful. Can I hear it? My Mom and Joni asked at the same time.

I laughed and said "No sorry. I have to take it down to studio and hopefully record it today" I said smiling.

"Oh okay..." my Mom said with a frown.

"Yea....omg I just remembered!!! My song is coming out today!!" I screamed.

"OMG Congrats honey" Mom and Joni said standing up to hug me. I just smiled cause I was so happy.

I got my phone out and tweeted @DestineeMonroe: "Hi beauties! Well guess what today is? Hmmmm I don't know......Break your heart right back comes out in a HOUR!!!!!" Immediately I got so many comments and favorites and retweets it was an amazing day for me.

"Des I was wondering we should have a party tonight because of your single coming out!!" She said clapping her hands.

"Sure! Just invite whoever! I have to get going see you guess later" I said as I went out the door.

*at the studio*

When I got to the studio I saw Cole, Gabe, Will, David, Kaitlyn, Arlene, and Aalea, Jacob there. I just ran up to them and squashed them all in a group hug!! They all gave me a Congrats and then we turned on the radio waiting to hear my song. "I hope they play it" I thought to myself.

Dana's pov

Sadie came over this morning and told me that we needed "bonding time" like what does that even mean. I had on the radio in my house so we could listen to it. Also that was an excuse to hear Destinee's new single that was coming out today. I was interrupted in my thoughts when Sadie said something. "Dana......I have a question" she said

"What's that?" I said to her.

"What do u see our future like?" She asked me

I gulped and looked down at my fingers. I hadn't even thought of that I was just thinking about me and Destinee's future all the time.

"Um I don't know....what do u see" I asked her

"Well last night I had a dream about you and me. And you were still in the band and I was a stay at home Mom. We were married and had about 3 or 4 kids....and it was great!" She said smiling

"That's........good." I said looking into the distance. She was about to respond when I heard the radio man talking.

"Alright y'all. Here is the moment you have all been waiting for.....Here is Destinee Monroe with Break Your Heart Right Back." He said

"I should've saw it comin"

"I should've saw the signs"

"But I wanted to believe you just you you said you wouldn't lie"

"But baby you were so good so good you had me going blind"

"You said it was your best friend I'm guessing I wasn't your type"
