During lunch one day, Jungkook decided to eat and walk, since he hasn't gotten a chance to explore campus. Curiously, he made his way over to one of the main buildings. Upon entering, there was a whole bunch of paintings and sculptures on show case isles with price tags beneath them. He made his way over to one of the paintings. It had many bright colors that seemed to change when the sunlight hit it at certain angles. He raised his hand to touch one, but before his finger landed on the art, a hand softly, but firmly, grabbed his wrist. He jumped a little, then turned to meet a man, about his height. He had dark brown hair, wore a light grey beret and had on a baggy baby blue and white striped shirt, tucked into his loosely fitted pants that almost looked beige and lavender mixed together. He was handsome and had very smooth and soft features. He kept a serious expression on his face while looking at Jungkook.

Shit... what did I do-

The man said;

"Dont touch it, or your buying this one. See how the light hits the colors? If you touch it it'll mess up the paint's chemistry."

The man let go of his wrist. Jungkook raised an eyebrow.

"Paint has chemistry?"

"Well, not really, but you'll mess it up by getting your oils on the paint."

"Oh, I see... Well, it's very pretty..."

Jungkook admired and walked around carefully, as if the floor was a piece of art itself. He noticed the price tags almost all had the same artist name;
Kim Taehyung.

"This Taehyung guy really knows how to piece together some cool art."

"Thank you, I try my hardest."

Jungkook stopped, in surprise, turned to face the man and asked while pointing to a picture.

"So you mean to tell me, you're the person who painted all these? You're Kim Taehyung?.."

"Yeah, surprisingly... The pieces without my name on it are some of my other colleagues work."

While he was appreciating his new acquaintances art one of the paintings caught his eye. He faced it and saw the bright swirls and dark background, the difference between light and dark colors seemed to remind him of another painting.

"Taehyung-ssi this one sort of reminds me of that one painting... What was it... Uhm.. Starry sky?-"

Taehyung walked over to Jungkook.

"The Starry Night, by Vincent Van Gogh, one of my favorite artists in history. And you dont have to use any formalities, I'm fine with Taehyung. "

Taehyung blushed a little.

This kid is really adorable, isnt he Tae?

"That's cool, I've heard of him before, but couldn't remember exactly... Speaking of names, I'm Jungkook by the way."

He wasn't looking when he said it, but he felt like Taehyung smiled in acknowledgement.

"Nice to meet you Jungkook. You know, you're one of many people who actually likes my art... Thank you"

"Oh, no problem! Your art's amazing!"

Taehyung smiled again. Jungkook felt like Taehyung was actually a really cool guy, as well as his art. He could vibe with his personality.

"Hey Taehyung, do you mind if I get your number? I actually might want to buy one of your pictures."

"Oh sure! Yeah I'll give it to you."

They exchanged phone numbers and said their adieus. Jungkook promised to call him as soon as possible when he had time to buy a piece. Taehyung agreed to give him heads up if anything changed, and maybe he'd give Jungkook a discount for being so nice.
