Searing Love

Prologue

"Let me go, you dope!" yelled a black haired boy. "Can it, Sasuke," snapped the yellow haired boy, who was carrying him. "Damn it, Naruto, let me down!" yelled Sasuke as he started to struggle. "Stop struggling, Teme, your going to make me drop you!" Naruto yelled. "That's the point, dope," Sasuke snapped back.

Naruto sighed a little, "I told you I would break your legs and drag you back to the village, didn't I?" he joked. "You think this is a joke!? My legs are broken because of you!" the Uchiha yelled. Naruto shook his head and continued on his way.

When they got to the gate of the village, the two boys were greeted by the whole village. At the front of the crowd, was Sakura Haruno, the boys' teammate. "Sakura-chan! I brought him back, just as I promised," Naruto said with a wide grin.

God, how he hated playing the of the part of the "Number One Hyperactive, Knucklehead Ninja", but this is what he had to do to survive this hell hole known as Konoha. That's right, the yellow haired ninja wasn't as hyper or stupid as he let on.

Sakura stayed silent, as she walked towards the two boys, followed by two others. "Sa-" Naruto started, but was cut off by a slap on the face by the pink haired kunoichi. The yellow haired ninja dropped Sasuke in surprise. "You baka, I told to bring him back unharmed, not mane him!" Sakura yelled. "But, Sakura-chan, I did what you said; I brought him back alive," Naruto said.

"Your an idiot, Naruto," Sakura said as she slapped her teammate again. As the pick haired kunoichi smacked her teammate again, the elders walked up from behind. "Naruto Uzamuki, after hours of debating, you are here by banished from Konoha," one of them said.

"W-what?" Naruto asked stunned. "You heard us, demon, in the name of the fifth Hokage, you are banished from Konoha for using the powers of the demon within you and harming a fellow Shinobi of the Leaf," Homura said with a smirk, as he held up a scroll with the Hokage's signature on it.

"No...she wouldn't..." Naruto whispered terrified. "She did and it also says that we are ordered to release the S-class secret placed by Sarutobi Hiruzen, the Third Hokage, regrading the Kyuubi attack thirteen years ago on October the tenth," Koharu said.

Naruto's face grew serious, "She would never say such a thing," he said in a dead serious voice. Basically everyone cocked an eyebrow or their mouth hit the ground in shock. Naruto was being serious? Was the world ending or something?

"What S-class secret?" Sakrua asked. "Naruto Uzimaki is the Kyuubi in human flesh!" yelled Koharu. The younger generation's eyes widened and stared at Naruto in shock and disbelief.

The said blonde's bangs were covering his eyes. "Where that is true, I am the Jinchūriki of the Kyuubi, not the demon itself. I've always had the village's safety in mind. Don't you think if I were the Kyuubi, I would have destroyed Konoha already? The only reason I act like a fool is so that you people, didn't think you had anything to fear. Just because I am a Jinchūriki, does not mean you can treat me differently. My name is Naruto Uzumaki, not the Nine-Tailed Fox," Naruto said.

Silence was all that was heard in the area after the blonde's speak. Naruto looked around, "If that is all, I believe I should be on my way. Farewell," the blonde Jinchūriki said as he started to walk away.

"Hold i-" one of the elders started by was stop by the KI in the air. "My apologies, but if I remember correctly, I am no longer part of Konoha, therefore, I am no long obligated to follow your command. Shame, really. I had a lot to offer this village. But, alas, you never took the time to "look underneath the underneath", to see that this so called "demon" had a few tricks up his sleeve," Naruto said as he turned to face his former villagers. His eyes were now a poisonous looking purple.

"Here's my resignation," Naruto said as he tossed his headband into the air and the Kyuubi appeared out of thin air. Mass chaos broke out, as everyone started to panic. Satisfied, Naruto walked away, humming merrily.

Once the Jinchūriki was out of sight, the Kyuubi seemed to fade out of existence. "W-what was that?" asked a scared civilian. No one answered. "The Shinkirōgen," said a voice from behind the group. Everyone looked behind they, to see Jiraiya the Toad Sage.

"The what?" a Chūnin asked. "The Shinkirōgen, a dōjutsu that has the ability to materialize what ever the user is thinking about into reality. I never would of thought I would see it in my lifetime," Jiraiya said.

"Didn't seem so powerful to me," Susake muttered. The Toad Sage shot the Uchiha a look, "The Shinkirōgen is a very powerful dōjutsu, so powerful, that it only appears in a person that has seen the absolute horrors of humanity," the Sage said.

"Why are we hearing about this now?" asked one of the elders. "Well, for one thing, I didn't know that Naruto possessed the Shinkirōgen, till now and I can only imagine what kind of crap you put him though when he was a kid," Jiraiya said as he glared at the council.

"So can I," said a new voice from behind the Toad Sage. The council stiffened and slowly turned around, to see the pissed off expression of their Hokage. "L-Lady T-Tsunade," stuttered one of the councilmen.

"Everyone, but the council and Jiraiya, dismiss! I want Uchiha in the hospital, under lockdown, guarded by ANBU!" Tsunade yelled. At once, everyone, who wasn't on the council, ran back into the village, as if their lives depended on it. Cause they did.

"Now, let's have a little talk, shall we?" Tsunade said as she walked the council. The council gulped and started to fear what the two Sannin were going to do to them.

Jiraiya sighed as he walked over towards Naruto's headband. Slowly, the Toad Sage reached down, only to be stopped by a frightening message, written in ashes.

"Scare a fox, and it will hide. Betray a fox, and it will attack," the message said. Jiraiya sighed, knowing that the next few years were going to be long and stressful.
