Her hair was in a ponytail. She had to wear a necklace that said 'DRAGNEEL' on it so they know not to mess with her. She sighed softly and walked out the door. She walks down the street and heads inside the bookshop. " Hi Levy-chan " She waved with a smile. " Hi lu-chan, long time no see " She said. " So, which books will you pick out today? " She asked. She picks out: before we were yours, the new girl, killers of the flower moon, and Good Omens. She goes to levy and checks them out. " Will that be all? " Levy asked. " Yup, see ya later levy-chan " She said. Levy waved as Lucy walked out. She walks back home and opens the door. She sits down on the couch and starts to read the first book(the first one she picked). Natsu walked into the room. " Hi Natsu " She said, still having her nose in a book. Natsu chuckled slightly. " Hi Luce " He said then kissed her forehead, making Lucy giggle.

Natsu is the only person I've ever met who can do that to me. Not even my friends have done that. Only Natsu. The only time that I can laugh for no reason, no reason at all, is when I'm with Natsu. He makes me happy, but it makes me sad that I have to share him. It makes me even more sad that I have to share him with an old friend of mine. And what makes me sad the most is that I can loose him any second of any minute of any hour of any day of any week of any month of any year-.... I would keep going but I'm pretty sure that you all get it and if I kept doing that it would take up half of the entire story. Anyways. I'm continuing reading my story when someone knocks on the door. " I'll get it " I said. I mark my place in the book and get up to the door. I opened it. There was a woman with long, straight white hair, and dark blue eyes. She looked at me with disgust in her eyes then pushed past me. I almost fell, but no one saw. This is Sorano Strauss, Lisanna and Mirajane's mother. She is rude to me. But she loves Natsu and Lisanna. I don't know why. I haven't done anything wrong to her at all. Or Lisanna either. I went back to my spot on the couch and continued to read my book. " So lis... How is it here, with Natsu, your boyfriend. " She said that like he's not my boyfriend too. I just stayed silent. I can tell that she was looking at me, probably waiting for me to respond to her comment. " I can't wait for you to get married to your boyfriend and have kids with your man and then he'll get rid of that other bitch " She said. I just rolled my eyes at her. " Mom!!! Stop doing that " She said. " Doing what? " She asked innocently. " Mom your being rude, it's obvious! " She said. That's weird, they never noticed that before I thought. " Natsu hasn't said anything about having kids and getting married, don't push us to do it " She said. Of course she wasn't talking about the shade she just threw at me I thought as I rolled my eyes. I get up and go to my room and lay down on my bed. My head hurts a little. Maybe I do read too much. Even though I left, I can still hear what she is saying about me.

Downstairs
Lisanna's mom, Sorano, kept saying mean things about Lucy. But surprisingly, she didn't even notice. She was too busy thinking of her own way to get Natsu to choose her. I have been with him longer, maybe that's all I need she thought. " Lis?? Hello are you in there? " Sorano asked. Lisanna snapped from her thoughts. " Huh? Oh right, what were you saying just now? " She asked. " I was talking about getting Natsu to leave the other girl so you guys can be happy together instead of him giving his love to an ungrateful, spoilt brat like that bimbo. She is just such a slut. Did you see the way she was dressed? " She asked. " In a cute outfit that you wish you had the body to rock? " I asked. " Who said that? " She asked. " Me, Author-chan " I answered. " Well stay out of this, it's not your business " She said. " It's not yours either " I shrugged then left back to the real world. Anyways. She was so frustrated that her daughter had to share 'her' boyfriend with someone else. " We need to get rid of her! But how...? " The mother said. " I know, just make him choose " The mother said. " But then I have a 50/50 chance of winning. " Actually, you have a 70/30 chance of winning because you have been with him longer " The mother corrects her. The two smile at the thought. She wouldn't have to share Natsu, and the mom wouldn't have to see Lucy when she came to visit. Lisanna clapped happily and nodding at her mother's idea. Lucy was already in tears. She whimpered quietly so Natsu wouldn't hear, because he had amazing hearing. She lulled herself to sleep so she wouldn't have to hear anymore of this. She didn't want to hear it, she didn't want to believe it. But deep down inside her, she already did. She already knew that the day wouldn't come. Where Natsu would finally chose, and it's wouldn't be her.
