All our lives, we are in search of a HERO. We are taught that one day your Prince charming will come on a white horse, he will kneel down infront of you and ask you to be his Queen. And then you would live happily ever after. Every fairytale has the same ending. VERY PREDICTABLE. There is going to be a superhero in your life who will eventually come along, and throw his arms around your waist, whisper a soft *I love you* in your ear when the wind is blowing in your hair, and everything will be perfect after that day.
Basically, all our lives, we are looking for someone to love us, make us feel special and enlighten our smile. What I question is, Why "someone? Why not "YOU"? Why can't you love yourself the way you want others to do so. Why can't you remind yourself that you're speical everytime you wake up on a warm Sunday afternoon, looking like a sleepy sloth. But it's okay because that's who you are and you should be proud. Why do you need a superhero or a Prince charming to define your worth?
Self-love is so important. Love yourself like you're worthy. Love yourself more often.💛
